I had scheduled an appointment with Stacey to do my hair on June 17th with the original plan of moving my appointment to earlier as I was on the waitlist, however, I had went elsewhere that same week to fix my extensions in the meantime because I couldn’t take the chance so I was ok to wait until the 17th. I did not relay that information to Stacey and when she reached out a few days ago to see if I wanted an earlier appointment due to cancellation I didn’t reply right away, then forgot just because it’s in my nature and she also texted me during my personal work hours so I was busy at the time, which I will say was my bad but I wasn’t worried one bit, I had an appointment the 17th and have never had to communicate with a hairdresser in my entire life unless it was to cancel said appointment. I woke up this morning at 10:30 to 3 texts; 2 from Stacey and one automated message. The first message from Stacey said “ So should I cancel the appointment that I have scheduled??” Which I recieved at 7:58 am, again I work 7-3AM, I’m not awake at that time. At 8:18 AM, only a mere 20 minutes later I receive an automated text from get Faded & Dyed saying my appointment for June 17th was cancelled. Then finally at 9:58 AM I receive the second message from Stacey stating “I went ahead and cancelled your appointment since I haven’t got a response.” When I woke up and saw all of this almost an hour later, you could imagine how upsetting that could be. I’ve never had someone act so irrationally and unprofessionally over no response from one day and then no response for 20 minutes when I had literally mentioned at my consult that I work late nights, and even if that was forgotten not everyone is awake and on their phones between the hours of 7:58AM-8:18AM. Wait at least until idk the end of the day? Anything else than what just happened because I will never come back to this facility for any of their professionals and thats all because of one single unprofessional they have.

Update: The “multiple messages” I received were literally the one day I had mentioned which was last Monday when I was working, one at 6:20 PM and another at 7:36 PM, again and I cannot stress this enough, on the same day. There was no other attempt outside of this morning when you gave me 20 minutes at the crack of dawn before assuming that. I’m ok with the outcome, I do not want my hair done by you anyways at this point. Please don’t reply to a bad review asinine assumptions. First time i tried to call in to make an appointment they answered, and then hung up on me twice. Several days later, I call again and someone finally speaks with me, so I set up an appointment TWO DAYS in advance with a certain stylist for my fiancé to get a haircut. I gave the woman on the phone my name, number, and email at least twice to confirm (I have been there before so I was already in the system). My fiancé shows up for his hair appointment at 12 and this stylist says there is no appointment and he’s going to have to wait, proceeding to work on other customers and letting my fiancé who had an appointment at 12, wait until 12:30 (which I was told they were booked past 12 on the phone for this day). Will NOT be going back here. Way too unorganized & didn’t even have the appointment I was on the phone for 15 minutes making, in their system. If I could give zero...

I had a 12:30 appointment for a haircut. I arrived a few minutes early, and the stylist said she’s a bit behind. I said it was no big deal, I wasn’t in a hurry. I waited a full hour, during this hour the stylist didn’t check in at all. Her previous client left and still no check in. I waited around a few more minutes before leaving. After I left, she messaged about coming back or rescheduling. I feel it was all extremely unprofessional, especially considering I had an appointment. When I said it was fine, I expected to wait 30 minutes. I understand things happen and you fall behind, but one hour without checkins...
