Greenbrier Estates — Attraction in Beckley

I strongly urge anyone considering moving here to look elsewhere. My experience living in this complex had been nothing short of a nightmare.

The conditions are completely unacceptable and dangerous. There has been an ongoing bed bug infestation that management refuses to properly address. The ceilings have holes and leaks On top of that, there is mold growing in the walls and ceilings, which is not only a health hazard but a clear sign of long-term neglect.

The situation is made worse by the fact that maintenance are provided with limited resources and are unable to resolve most issues and truthfully I feel for them.

The living environment is also unpleasant due to inconsiderate neighbors who smoke heavily, with the smell constantly seeping into other units. Despite complaints, management does nothing to enforce rules, and the people living here are often aggressive or disrespectful, making it feel unsafe.

Attempts to contact the main office are nearly impossible, and when you do get through, the landlord shows no urgency or concern.

This place is in serious trouble and managed with blatant disregard for tenants’ well-being. Do yourself a favor and do not move here—your health, safety, and peace of mind...

Extremely horrible place to live the carpet is extremely nasty the day I moved in everything was absolutely nasty and dusty and has smoke residue on everything,The ceiling had a bunch of water spots and there was mold on the ceiling due to it leaking ,everyone below me smoked and made my whole apartment stink,the toilet didn’t get fixed the first 2 months I lived there,I lived there for 5 months and I stayed extremely sick and the whole time I lived there they only sprayed 2 times and there was a bad bed bug problem as well and Crystal didn’t seem to care to...

i wish i could rate them 0 stars. Crystal is the WORST landlord i’ve ever had, lies to tenants and avoids fixing any issues you have. the receptionist is even worse and has a serious attitude problem. can’t see why she was EVER hired. Had numerous issues with plumbing that i had to BEG to fix, our apartment would flood regularly and the drains would be clogged for weeks. DO NOT rent from here you will only get...
