Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Beckley

Im only giving five stars due to Donna or Debra cant exactly remember her name. She was the only reason it was excellent. However...she was all by herself working herself so hard with no help! I am disappointed that the gm of this establishment...was ok with this and not there helping! She was doing the best she could from making pizzas to dealing with us who chose to dine in. She remained positive and kind even with her being the only one and stressed. She is a superstar! We traveled 10hrs that day in the car so we were absolutely ok sitting and waiting patiently. To the Gm of this establishment...I truly hope they let you go as this should not be how you treat your employees....doordash drivers that were there waiting for hours...already said this isn't the first time yall left her to run everything by herself. And to the sweet lady who worked her hardest that night ...we value and appreciate you and you were so amazing to me and my family. And we hope they give you a well...

This is our favorite pizza hut ever. We have been to several from wv to ca and this one is the best, especially since Jennifer started working here. She's our favorite! She is always so friendly and funny. Always smiling and seems to love her job. She never let's our drinks go empty and always makes sure we have everything we need. Thanks for going above and beyond for my boys and I. Thanks for always having our favorite ultimate cheese pizza out when we come. We are so appreciative. This is also the only pizza hut we have noticed the marinara is never watered down and has exceptional taste. Ya'll are the best. Looking forward to seeing ya'll...

Ate at pizza hut buffet today on Harper Rd in Beckley never again almost $40 for two of us .the tomatoes in salad bar were squishy and the cucumbers looked like they had been frozen.the pizza was 5 toppings hardly no cheese or ground beef.mushrooms were dried out.more banana peppers than anything on pizza even the pepperoni was dried out.more crust than anything.yall suck it used to be good.bread sticks werent worth my money none of it was .wasn't asked if I wanted a refill or my friend,the floors were filthy.I'll go to the steak house or Gino's next time I'm in Beckley.had one girl working the dining room.do...
