Some deals are great, some aren't deals at all. Some employees are nice, some aren't nice at all. I'm pretty sure the place only has 2 shopping carts, and one of those is for the workers to put cardboard in. Imaging their surprise when they returned to where they thought their cart was only to find one near stack of all these wild cardboard boxes not needing a cart. And imagine my surprise when they confront me and take my cart with everything I put in there with it. I swear, they only added a 10ft tall pole to moni tor me rearranging the store for them cause I forgot what I needed and what I didn't then realizing that half of that was going to go back on a different shelf in a different isle....joke on...
Read moreThe only bookstore where I live closed years ago. Now I have to try and shop at walmart for books that me and my toddler will enjoy. Then we discovered Ollie's and their amazing selection. I have found books I have never seen before, books in first edition hard back, and my son has found the perfect place to grow his own huge library we have a very fun time going through the books deciding what to get now and what to buy next time. My dad especially loves their guns and war history section. Oh and when an owl moved in my back yard I found a wonderful book on birds of the US. I only wish they had an employee that could remember where certain books are and whats new and just be familiar with the...
Read moreMost of the employees at this location are very unhelpful.... I am a disabled veteran and my wife is also disabled and we could not get anyone to help us get a rug. I asked an employee for help and was told they are helping another person load up a couch and " it will be like a while before you get any help" so I waited a while then an employee showed up.... like 45 minutes later, but did Karen help... of course not she just spent the next 30 minutes watching me and my wife struggling and smiling while b.s.ing with her friend and talking about cookouts and her son and stuff.
