This is a modified review at 4 stars. I do believe this is a 5 star company.
We ran into a few issues which were due to a major lack of communication and initial statements that were made thru our process of having a ring repaired and a valuable family watch.
At the end of the day, Bruce called me and wholeheartedly apologized and they performed all the services at no cost. He was extremely disappointed and made no excuses for them dropping the ball.
I will say this much as a small business owner with 4.9 stars on Google. Stuff happens and you cannot allows control your employees and sometimes things get overlooked. Most importantly, you admit it and stand behind your company morals.
I happened to be one of those rare occasions. Yet, they went beyond what I would have asked for the frustration.
In summary, a great business that stands behind everything they do. No excuses and extremely customer focused. We honestly need more businesses following these ehtics.

I have recently been dropping by the store in Bee Cave about once a month as my travels take me over there. Susan, Gloria, and Olivia will assist you. They impart interesting ideas if you express a desire to have an item repaired, cleaned or want to purchase something special. Bruce, the jeweler is as nice a guy as could be, easy to converse with. Sure, you could go to chain jewelry stores, I used to until I went to Fredericksburg and discovered their shop on Main St., they've been in business there since 1937, that speaks volumes in today's world. Read moreSo I never leave reviews, but these folks have been very helpful, responsive and have gone above and beyond. I took my watch in to get a battery put in. A few days later after going swimming I noticed some condensation in the watch. I immediately called the store and dropped in off when I got back in town. The watch isn't the nicest in my collection but it does hold sentimental value. They agreed to clean and remediate the problem, along with a guarantee that if the damage from the leak over the next year causes a problem and the watch stops working, they'd replace the watch.
