The place seems a little run down. Parking is a nightmare. I placed my order by phone, and I was told 10 minutes... they had me waiting nearly an hour when my food was ready by the time I got there. The cashier/order server forgot and didn't bother checking until someone who i would assume to be a supervisor asked her what I needed. Even though the supervisor told her to apologize, she just gave me a half assed apology saying "thank you and sorry" like saying "thank you and have a nice day" showing a lack of remorse of wasting someones time. The food packaging was terrible as they placed one of the trays uneven inside the bag and handed me the bag by the handles, causing the food to spill out inside the bag before i even to my hands on it. The only reason i even came here is because this is the only place my wife likes sea food from. If it wasn't for her, I would never bring my money here.Terrible...

The only thing was we had to wait kind of long only if this could be improved. So i when today 3/28 to buy a cocktail de camaron after i was charge i notice there was a $1 fee for ATM but i was never told, i ask the worker Yolanda and she pointed out theres a small sign by the window and i told her is a small sign you can't really see it, it should be a little bigger for customers to see...she responded very rudely that she's not the owner however i told her i did not ask if you where the owner...my point is this Employee should be train to have better customers services i wasn't rude to her and she just ignored me..ppl like Yolanda make me not want to come back to...

Confusing. Idk who taught you all to use the smallest shrimp. For cocktails. Think you read the package wrong those are for dipping not cocktails.. the campechana was topped with 2 cubes of avocado. Like not even a fourth of one. Just half of a slither it also was topped with a oyster so passed it's freshness I wouldn't even swallow it. Been sick since that day. It was horrible. Don't go off the Stars because must be a whole lot of goats eating there. Being my stomach has been turned upside down. I recommend for a cleanse....
