PHENOMENAL WORK.

I called yesterday because my MacBook Pro 2020 (a2251) screen had a crack that wasn't allowing the screen to work at all. Everywhere I called, they were quoting me $450 and up with no hesitation. Of course, apple was going to charge me possibly more than that because the computer is still fairly recent.

Anyways, I called and spoke with someone. They gave me an estimate for the screen as well as the labor. THE PRICE WAS MUCH BETTER than what they were quoting me at various places! I was told to bring it in before 5 for same-day, and if after 5 it would be ready the next day around 11:30. Today they called me at 10 stating that the laptop was ready. IT LOOKS PERFECT. It's an apple certified monitor and it fit perfectly. The price remained the same even after pick up and they also fix a bunch of other electronics. I definitely will refer all friends and family to you guys. I'm extremely satisfied with the affordability and SPEED of getting this done. Thank you guys so very much. I'll be back to get my PS5 controller fixed with Liz. I see why you guys have such a high (4.9) rating....

Lloyd, the TymeTech owner and tech specialist in computers and cellphones too -- is an amazing pro -- and so patient and very kind! As a music critic, my old and cherished 2009 Macbook Pro developed terrible sound issues, and my work demands excellent sound quality. While I could have taken my laptop into NYC to myriad tech repair shops, I discovered his store, passing by one day.

It was a blessing!

Lloyd opened my ailing Macbook and analyzed the problem instantly. He found the necessary replacement speaker component (rare to locate for a 2009 model) and it's now on order.

The great interim news is that Lloyd had a mini-speaker system among products for sale in his shop. He showed me how it works, Bluetooth, USB, etc. I bought it instantly and it is fantastic as far as sound quality!

This place doesn’t even need a start. They had my phone since October 4 and always gave me the runaround. The guy in the front I called. He told my son that he had a bad day that he don’t feel like hearing it. They tell you that they’ll fix it within an hour or two like I said it’s been since October 4 and it’s still been issues a promise and don’t deliver not recommended poor communication today’s October 18 and my phone still not done. I told them they could keep the phone and keep the phone that they gave me to use. I just want my money back and even with that I’m still waiting to get my money back incredible by the way, I bought the phone from them a year ago not recommended at all half the time they’re not even fixing it just sending it out to someone else to fix it and gain aftermarket pieces that does not work I could’ve just ordered the pieces from eBay or Amazon not recommended and by the way, if anyone goes in there to buy a pixel four, that’ll be my phone they just re-sold it...
