I don't enjoy writing a negative review I'd rather write a great one but I have not experienced such a blatant disregard for professional courtesy towards one of your most loyal customers! I too left with a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak, when I first approached the cashier to inquire about an offer that I qualified for and should have been properly honored. I showed my receipt from the day before; the total purchase qualified for an offer.
The cashier escalated my inquiry towards a young lady beside him and she responded very defensively saying" if we give you the offer the day after, then all the customers will come back the next day for the offer," an inappropriate comment to say to any customer not just me. She also added that if I made a return of my items that it can only be groceries and explained how meat wouldn't qualify also not an appropriate comment to say to any customer (even without the meat I qualified). Meat is considerd a grocery item amongst other items. The way your employees treat your customers really is a reflection of the business as a whole beginning from the owner on down. Employees should recognize the value of your customers. As a professional that has been in the customer service business for over 30 years I can truly say her disgusting display meant she has not been disciplined for dealing with the public. If I qualified for an offer regardless of it being the next day with the proper receipt and the circular does not specify it has to be same day it mentioned only that you need to qualify. I'm 100% sure the Better Business Bureau would agree with me, that as a consumer I am correct. I should have been accommodated. There was a sale for Carolina rice and she couldnāt carry it so she told me to pass by the next day to see if we can get it for the sale price like we spent so much money. It is now 6/16/2022 I go to pay and I ask the cashier if she can match the price for the rice being that itās on sale with a shopping spree of $50 or more. I brought the receipt from yesterday in. The cashier says sheās not sure if she can but she will ask. PERFECT, np. She proceeds to ask the cashier manager ( I assume) I tell everything to her and say if itās possible to get it on sale. She proceeds to say ā i do not care, I do not care, you will pay full price because i donāt know if that receipt is yours, I am not interested in your reasoningsā
I look at her and tell her look at the date of the receipt, time stamp and even the number of the register my mom paid in. She continues to wave her hand on my face and speak loudly to me saying ā again, Iām not interested at all you can pay full priceā, she walked away and I said to her how disrespectful she is and finished buying the rice.My problem is not paying full price itās how UNPROFESSIONAL , RUDE AND DEMEANING she was.This is not the first time Iāve seen her doing this to customers. 20 minutes later, I returned back with my mother to return the rice and asked to speak with the General manager and her. We waited for a few minutes and nobody came to talk to us. I even called the store and was left on hold for 5 minutes so they can hang up on me.
I am a paying customer and am never a Karen however the disrespectful behavior of that woman is enough for me to take my hard earn money...

All through this year I've made meat purchasing there and let the bad treat by the workers in the meat department slide. I'm very upset because the nature of my job is help everyone and often times I see how some ppl treat the public especially the Hispanic people and I'm the first to intervene and help...but after today I will have a second look. Today at your store ...the meat Department was the last straw. I asked where is the beef rips...one worker reply pork? No beef...he then brushes me off and said down there...i asked down there where? He repeats it then says something in Spanish to his workers and they all laugh...i took about 5 minutes to find out where down there was...i asked to speak to the manager...a worker asked another worker "what does he want...i then said if I wanted to talk to anyone I would have not asked for the manager...the "manager" came and was quick to say ohhh they don't understand...no he did for he replied pork??? Then manager then lied and said the manager left and won't be back until tomorrow...i asked what is the number in this faculty...she points to the used newspaper in my cart...its on there...i told her no that's not good customer service...i walked away disappointed and angry...no sooner about 7 minutes a man appears..."you had a problem" yes...and who are you...he goes...im sunny...i was surprised because the manager said he was not there....the moral of this is that you should hire and train the employees to be friendly and respectful to everyone not...
