PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE THIS REVIEW VERY SERIOUSLY!! I bought a KITCHENAID refrigerator from these thieves on or about APRIL OF 2017. the "owner/salesman" at that time (their titles change depending on who you are talking to at that particular time) Had pitched me on a fridge that looked good, cosmetically with no apparent issues, we even turned it on right there in the store let it run for an hour or so to make sure it was indeed cooling. My wife and I asked as to why it was marked down so much...roughly just over half of what it would cost at outlet leading hardware or appliance store, he said that it the store had ordered two too many of this item. So we finally get it delivered 2 days later and they do a HORRIFIC job.. dings and dents to both my home structure and the fridge itself. We turn hook up the ice and water lines and notice. .there is nothing there, we called the store aboutnit and they said:"you bought it as is" inreplied with "the one I paid for and inspected is not the one delivered". They replied... "not our problem". So after spending another $40 to buy a kit and installing the water lines the fridge ran decent unroll a week ago. I called the company for a warranty and the store had notified us that the serial number we gave them matches thenunit that was stolen from their company one day, and there was nothing they can do as it was stolen. I called the store and the store (on bellflower) personally told me I was lying and I bought it as is... now itnis goingntoncost me $500 for fridge that was made last than a year ago. After months of looking around where to buy our washer and dryer we finally found this gem. Prices are great and affordable especially for families that are looking for quality appliances and they can pretty much do anything for you. They have it all! Service cannot compare to any of your well known appliance store. We had Johnny in today to install our washer and dryer. He did it quick and was very knowledgeable of the products and made sure he told us every detail about taking care of the product itself and how it works. He also checked our old fridge (not bought from them) since we mentioned about an issue with it and was able to pin point the issue right away. He even went out of his way as well to try and help us fix a fault on our landlord's behalf. Definitely will be coming back here for future appliance shopping and would recommend it to anyone. These guys came out to my house in April of this year via my home warranty company. They re-sealed my oven door. The glass had separated from the door on the bottom. They took my door for three days stating they had to get the right clips to attach it. They returned and it appeared to be intact. Today, my over door separated in the same place as before and I notice that it was never "clipped, only double sided taped back into place. When I called them they told me to go through my home warranty company, which I no longer have. I asked why they couldn't fix it since it was their work. They refused stating I had to go through the home warranty company. When I asked if I had paid directly for the work, would it have been different, they then said it has been five months so we wouldn't fix it.
