We went to 3 different stores before ending up here. Barry immediately acknowledged us and asked us what we were looking for. We told him we were there for a bed frame and mattress. He allowed us to check out the beds in display and told us he had more in his catalogs in case we didn’t see anything we liked. I appreciated that he didn’t hover over us to make us feel pressured to buy. He was honest about the prices of things and did explain why one was more expensive than the other. We noticed that they also had TV stands, which we were also shopping for and he assisted us in getting one that would be the perfect size for the new TV we just got. He even went the extra mile to research our TV dimensions and he pulled out a measuring tape to ensure that the stand was large enough for our TV. It's name says it all. I recently bought a vanity i purchased at a great price. If I can give them 10 stars I would great quality of furniture and customer service. I received a call letting me know they would deliver my vanity. Minutes later I received a phone call let me know that before delivery they un pack it and make sure everything is fine 🙂 to.their surprise the vanity had a small defect, the one in charge let me know they would get me a another one and make sure to deliver it and ensemble it at the time given 😀. Barry was patient, professional, extremely helpful, authentic, took his time to show me furniture that met my expectations versus trying to make a sell. Most importantly, Barry was very transparent which was extremely needed to make important decisions on what I needed for my home. As an another customer entered the furniture store, Barry asked his colleagues to assist the new customer to make sure he was attentive to helping me.
