Park Manor Shopping Center — Attraction in Bellingham

It's okay in rating. I'm not giving it a biased approach either because I grew up in this neighborhood, and I do believe the neighborhood can make a come back and revitalize together!. For Bellingham it is a very diverse neighborhood and always has been!. It has always has a drug problem and lots of homelessness, ever since I can remember from the 90's even. This "mall" has some good businesses in it. Their Subway, Lil Cesars, Aaron's and Big Lots are great. But the homeless that boarder and frequent the parking lot are absolutely horrid! The lot reaks of urine! Broken glass and empty beer cans and needle caps are always scattered around. There's a Mexican store in it closer to little Caesars that is NEVER open everrr!
