Kerin (not sure how you spell his name), the manager on shift on Monday June 24th during the end of the night, is extremely rude, condescending, and power hungry. Last week I ordered a pizza that was supposed to have extra extra pineapple and lite jalapeños, and instead I got a pizza that was completely covered in jalapeños with just a scattering of pineapple. Normally I'm pretty understanding and don't get too upset when I get something less than appealing in terms of a fast food order, but not only did I wait FOREVER the day I got the pizza but it was not even a pizza I ate, I mean I wasn't going to go to the grocery store just to buy pineapples to put on the by the time I got done doing that, cold pizza. So, understandably upset, I phoned the location that messed up my order and was told that I could come back and get pizza remade. I explained that it might be a few days and was told no problem. Well I started driving into town and when I was about 10 away I called so it would be ready.. and was met with the most smug rude jerk I have ever talked with. The sheer joy this kerin had to tell me that he would not be replacing my pizza that I was ALREADY told would be replaced. I told him I'm already almost there and he seemed to enjoy it even more. I've never had a fast food employee treat me so horribly. He called me a liar, and he might as well been laughing he was so giddy to refuse fixing a mistake that had already been promised to be fixed!! I'm never going to little Ceasars again! And I'm telling anyone I know to stop as well. I'm appalled at the way I was treated this man should be fired. I even offered to show him my call log from when I called and was told I would be getting a replacement pizza. He just talked over me and basically jumped with joy as he told me no he would not be replacing my pizza... THAT I WAS ALREADY PROMISED WOULD...
Read moreWorst experience! Workers seem very scattered an unorganized, making customers feel uncomfortable. One worker returned from the back of the store and asked an older gentlemen if "fu" sounded like a bad word. Well yes it sounds like you are going to say something bad, dont ask a customer that. Also very disgusting when workers handle money then go straight to handling your food. There is this lovely thing called a sink, health code says, wash your hands! Health code also requires you to wear some sort of protection over your hair. Not one person was. These guys with long hair, running their hands through and scratching their scalp, then continuing to work with food with out washing their hands. That is why there is a sink placed right at the front of there store. To make it even worse when they gave our food to us, we ordered two items, one was freshly made but burnt. The other was slightly soggy from sitting. We know everytime we go into a Little Caesars we will be waiting for our food, since we order one item they dont typically have readily available. Everytime, except this time they make our other item fresh as well, simply great service in that sense. I will not be returning to this location ever again! Please manage your...
Read moreEverytime I order pick up here the website tells me 14 min wait time and an estimated pick up availability. I arrive each time and wait outside for my notification of my order being ready in Pizza Portal, I get the notification that my order is ready and which slot it’s in and my QR code. Same thing happens everytime - oh your order isn’t actually ready is what I’m told when I go in and nothing is in the portal - and then I wait in the lobby even longer - average actual pick up ready time 45 MINS. 45 mins? I stood in the lobby with several other people waiting on one hot n ready pizza and one order of bread sticks for over 15 mins and ended up being handed my pizza...so much for social distancing and contactless pickup? The last time I came in they misplaced my order? That debacle took over 20 mins between employees to solve and ended up taking almost an hour to get my pizza. I really hope this location can get their procedure and product down to a better system because the employees seem to be...
