Won't be back, there is no point in making appointments if every time I walk in a brand new client is on the time slot I reserved 3weeks in advance and i have to constantly be ask to sit in a couch and wait up to 30minutes after my booked appointment time. Due to the time overlap, the ladies that sometimes take over to "help" remove the nail polish use the machines at what feels like max speed going in very roughly and making the nails hurt quite a bit. In addition my regular girl Thi would later take over and go too fast to catch up on the time lost, because at this time, there is someone else that had an appointment after mine. Making me the person taking someone else's time of day. She works wells when the time slots are respected, otherwise it will be really fast and making the side of my cuticles feel like burning from the lack of attention. I have walked out with uneven and patchy polish application and clear nail polish on my skin from Kim rushing to catch up from the same poor time management. I decided to bring my friend here for her birthday after reading a great review. We called well in advance to make an afternoon appointment on a Tuesday. Arriving on time, we were taken to two pedicure chairs. My water was so cold that I took my feet out. After 20 minutes of no service, I asked about our appointment to which a nail tech said "yes" and pointed to all the other techs who were in the middle of other customers pedicures. But none looked close to being finished?

After 30 minutes, a lady came over to start my friends pedicure. 10 minutes later, a lady with attitude came over to work on me. We had to ask for drinks. This was nothing like the reviews I've read. The staff was rude, the service was horrible, and the pedicure (and massage) was mediocre. At the end my friend said "well that's the least attentive pedicure I've ever had". I have been coming hear for quite sometime now. Unfortunately for me the service has been going downhill ☹️ I have always called ahead to make appointments the last 3 times I have brought someone with me. Each time we have had to wait beyond our appointed time. Yesterday however was the worst our appointment was at 4:00 we didn’t get into a pedicure chair until 4:40 the water was cold, I felt ignored while other customers sitting around us were given wine, mImosas and water we were not asked nor were we even acknowledged! I finally spoke up and asked and then we received a beverage. We did not get taken care of until after 5:15 it took far to long for pedicures. My friend finally left after 6:00 I stayed as I had made an appointment for a full set.
