QQ Oasis Massage and Foot Spa — Attraction in Bellingham

Please read in it's entirety to give the best point of view possible. To begin with, this was the very first time in my life given a massage by other people other than my partner, same for my partner, so for us it was a FIRST. Although first impressions were in the negative because of the language barrier we went in with the best of our intentions and overall the experience was 90% for my wife and about 40% for myself, let me explain, the lady who did my massage was a savage nothing wrong with it it's just that she sounded sick while doing my massage because of heavy cough and steeping away constantly from my 60 minutes massage which happened about 3 to 4 times each taking about 5 min. The lady was really rough not to bad but I ended up with severe pain in my upper back especially my neck.The next day I ended up with severe sore throat and cold shivers. My point is if you need their services that's perfectly fine, and not trying to say because of their services thus happened but unfortunately I ended up in urgent care. Other than that little point my wife and I did not like the aggressiveness. Meaning they are heavily unapologetically asking for TIPS which really upsets me and my wife so because if this main GREEDY reason this business will loose...

Leaving out subjective opinion, my one star review is based on the following facts: -we arrived 10 min prior to our couples massage appointment time, however they did not have our appt noted -only one masseuse was present and came into the room to begin 10 min after our appt time; the second masseuse was on her way -second masseuse arrived about 15min past appointment time -during the massage, our couples room door was open with just a curtain separating us from the hallway during which we could hear a third masseuse in another room using her speaking translation app to converse with her client repeatedly. We heard every word. -as people walked into the salon, the speaker door chime went off loudly, this occurred five times. -we could hear traffic outside throughout the massage -the first masseuse who had started late, ended at least 5 minutes early, so my wife received 45 minutes of massage, rather than 60. -the second masseuse maintained the 60 minute duration and my wife waited over 15 minutes until my massage was done since our timing wasn't aligned from the start AND her masseuse left early. -the second masseuse's phone chimed at least 4 times during the massage

I would not recommend this place to anyone...

My partner and I had the pleasure of visiting QQ Oasis Massage and Foot Spa for a couples massage, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. I called in for a same-day, last-minute booking, and they were incredibly accommodating, fitting us in just an hour later.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with great care. They gave us complimentary water before and after our massage, which was a nice touch. They also provided a little whiteboard with a body diagram for us to circle areas we wanted them to focus on, which made the experience feel tailored to our needs.

We opted for a deep tissue massage, and let me tell you—it was truly deep tissue! The therapists took their time and made sure we were comfortable while targeting all the right spots. The service was professional and thorough, and we left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.
