Cute items, nice prices, however, there was an issue with my order. After I placed three large orders totaling 650 dollars, the seller was falling all over herself gushing and thanking me for all my business and super nice. As soon as I reported an issue with two orders, the seller becoming very mean and irriated with me and started accusing me of being a thief and lying, she then proceeded to tell me to stop purchasing. This was after she earlier had agreed to refund. I am confused. I had to open a Paypal dispute case as the seller just stopped replying. Be warned if you have an issue with your order, shopping here at this location, seems that the seller is perfect and cannot make mistakes. You better make sure you look at her return policy too, as if you do have an issue, it's almost certain the issue will be your fault. I would return everything I bought from her if I did not think she would be malicious on the return once I read her iron clad policy of I do not do anything wrong LOL If I could leave a negative star review, I would do that. I am also glad she added some comments, it only validates the truly horrid negative experience. I also made sure the dispute reflected shee agreed to refund and then later changed your mind for what reason I am not sure. Don't worry, I would never shop here again after the worst experience a buyer can imagine. I am surprised you have a business. Since I found cuddle décor I have not bought any collectibles from any other seller. I cannot express the care that Claudia takes with the packing. it is amazing. nothing ever arrives broken.
