Came here with the family when we were in town. Great choice! We started with a Marion berry shake- was great! Tasted like summer! So good! I had the Pole Pedal Paddle-omg! Best jalapeño burger I've ever had. The ginger mango chutney with the chopped jalapeños is the perfect sweet and spicy. It also had enough heat without being to hot! I can't tell you how good this was! My wife had the Mirror Pond- the Mushroom Swiss burger. She loved it- and was irritated it was so good because she ate more than she wanted too. 😂 My other family had their basic bend burger, also thought theirs was great. Their sauce is similar to killer burgers in pdx. If we lived here, this place would be a weekly visit. Oh- the onion rings are fantastic. The fries are like British chips- our family was mixed on them. I liked them. The tots were good too! Friendly staff and quick service when it was so busy! Great job!

Visiting my hometown for a few days and the goal is to visit local restaurants for my meals. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Probably as close to home made as you can get. Paying $13 for a burger and fries may turn some people off but I think it was well worth it. Everything was comes fresh and you can taste the difference. The meat definitely has a flame grilled taste to it and it’s a pretty decent size. As you can see I chose to cut it in half for easier eating. The buns are definitely not some buns off a Sysco truck. They taste like they are made in-house witch makes the burger even more enjoyable. Nice and soft Fries are served with skin on and a side of their home made sauce that has a tiny bit of kick to it. Had a soda with it. So it’s about $15 in total not including the tip. Definitely will return when I’m in town next time.

Google searching for old-school, no-frills burger. Nestled in the heart of Bend, prepare your taste buds for a journey to burger nirvana at Bend Burger Company. This gem of gastronomy doesn't just serve burgers; it crafts culinary masterpieces that redefine the art of indulgence. With each bite, you'll wonder if angels descended from the heavens to season the beef themselves. And let's talk about service – it's like they've mastered mind-reading, anticipating your needs before you even know them. You'll leave feeling like royalty, albeit with a belly full of burger bliss. So, if you're ready to elevate your burger game and be treated like burger royalty, look no further than Bend Burger Company. We went back home and three days later, was still in burger and malt milkshake trance!

We used to visit Bend Burger frequently when we lived in Bend years ago. This was our first time visiting recently at their new location. The good news: their milkshakes are still as good as we remembered, and are a very good deal. The bad news: everything else on the menu is wildly overpriced, and the customization options are absurd.

A single order of regular fries: $7. A single order of garlic fries: $8. A bit pricey, but fair. All burgers come with regular fries... but if you want to upgrade to garlic fries, they charge $5. How is it that a full order of fries has a $1 upcharge for garlic, but a side that comes with your burger costs 5x that just to add garlic? Upgrading to tots is also $5.

If you don't eat red meat, great, they have several chicken burger options... which all come with bacon, which cannot be removed in their online ordering system if you don't want bacon. You can also substitute a beef patty for chicken on any of their burgers... for an insane upcharge of $8. So if you eat chicken but don't eat pork, you're out of luck at Bend Burger.

Because of the difficulty to customize and outrageous upcharges, we ended up just getting milkshakes and a side of tots instead of ordering burgers like we had intended to, and we got ourselves some sandwiches elsewhere in town for a much more reasonable price. The cajun tots were good, and the sweet potato tots had an unpleasant, inconsistent chunky texture. The milkshakes, as mentioned, were excellent. I would go back for just a milkshake, but will not buy a...

I hate to do this, but this is our 3rd bad experience and we only go every few months.. 1.We called in an order to-go (3 burgers and 3 sodas). We sat there for over 45 minutes, waiting inside and watched people who were dining in, get their food much quicker. Three families received their order before we ever got ours. 2. Same thing. Called in our order and went to the drive thru pickup window. (They say 15 min wait we show up 20 minutes later and still end up waiting another 20/30 minutes.) They asked us to pull around and get behind 2 other cars also waiting. Food ended up being cold... 3. THIS LAST TIME, order inside, expected a wait and was told a 20 minute wait(that's fine). Of course ended up being 30, then get home to realize we were never given our milkshake and my salad had no dressing. Wasn't too happy after running errands for hours and finally sitting down at 2pm to eat and it's nothing but a piece of fried chicken on lettuce! Called to get refund, was offered a $200 gift certificate...Why? To keep the money in their pocket and not have to refund us our $27 order. Kept hearing "I dont know how to do this" "No manager is here" and "We'll try" Sorry, but the tasty bend sauce isn't worth the horrible...

When you spend $19.00 for each hamburger, $9.00 for a side of onion rings. You would think that the building or the restaurant would look better than a fast food joint. When you sit down and order a glass of wine and tell the waitress we're going to look over the menu and order take out. Then ask the waitress why are all the prices blacked out on menu? Then she proceeds to tell you that no one has sat down before then ordered. WHAT? My 82 yr. Old Mom and I don't, Ok... I'll admit it. We're broke. How embarrassing, I needed to see prices on menu so I could add up the total cost in private. Not at the cash register. Not so good at math.I had the money for a special occasion. And I chose Bend Burger. I was just trying to get my Mom and I out for a private time to take, take out for ourselfs and my Old man. It was going to be a surprise for him and my Mom. I regret tipping on the register. I didn't want to feel cheap. My fault. I really like their food, but in no way will I ever go back. We work really hard to save for a special place to eat. I do not recommend this place. Go spend your money where it's...
