Tried to call about them about an alignment they had done resulting in an issue related to not torquing a bolt down on my lower control arm that slid out after a few months on my truck. They did not have time or interest in looking at it. They quoted their 30 day warranty. I do not off road my truck. It’s driven around town as I work about 5 miles from my house. I heard the control arm slide. Looked under my truck and the amount of threads showing on both sides is evident of not getting the bolt tight enough and probably not backing it. Really disappointed but if I hadn’t noticed could’ve been dangerous and potentially been fatal or harmful to me and my 3 year old son. Thanks a lot Les schwabs. Update: The man I spoke to at 3rd street store (Bob) wasn’t helpful. Luckily the North End Les Schwabs fixed it at no cost. Great customer service there. Not interested in ever going to the 3rd street location ever again. The North end Cooley road location was awesome! Highly recommend about 30 times better than 3rd street location. Sorry you hired Bob.

My wife brought our Land Rover to these guys due to a sever shaking in the rear of the vehicle. The logical, least expensive thing seemed to be getting the tires check, rotated and balanced. They had our car for about 3 hours which is more than okay. They said the tires are fine but we need wheel bearings, breaks and a series of other suspension components. When we got the car back they charged us $70 for the rotation and balance. No big deal. However the severe shake remained. Yesterday while driving with our daughter in the car the shaking had gotten so bad we decided to get the vehicle off the road and get a second opinion. One of the rear tires had completely split and failed. To correct the issue Les Schwab added 8 ounces of weights to the wheel to attempt to balance. I would have purchased 5 new tires that day at Schwab had they found the blatant issue and addressed it. I'm embarrassed for these guys. We had Deschutes Mobile Tire come out and swap 5 new tires and the Land Rover drives PERFECT now. Sad.....

Stay away from here! I Went for an alignment due to a weird vibration and tracking issue. Paid for an alignment but did not actually get an alignment. The service tech wouldn't give me a print out claiming "it was backed up 200 jobs so he could not show me the specs... But he would email me... And of course never did because he didn't actually do the job" It was a new to me car with 25k on it. I took it home to find a bent rear control arm and that arm was way out of spec and had yellow paint transfer on it.... They had my car for 5 literal minutes, handed it back not touching a bolt or even looking at the suspension (zero witness marks on any adjustment cam bolts) but still charged me full price. Stay away from this location as they are dishonest and thieves at best. I went to the Sisters location and paid again, the tech took over a half hour on the job and gave me the specs with explanation.... Sisters for the win. Bend for a loss.

I just got off the phone with a manager named Jason at the Franklin location. I have maybe given 2 bad reviews in my life since I understand things happen. However, he was blatantly rude and defensive which reflects poorly one one of the best companies I've ever worked with. I brought my truck in for wheels and tires mounting. After 2 hours, they told me they can't mount my tires as they were not E rated which is factory recommendation - understood. I waited another 90 min for them to put my new wheels on my current tires. They should have checked when my truck was pulled in to the stall right when I got there. When I got home, 3 sidewalks were one style and the 4th was the opposite (ridge grapplers have two sides/styles). This happened about 2 months ago when I had my initial install and had to come back later in the day -- 2nd time this happened. Things happen - I get it. I'm in sales customer service and people make mistakes. However, his response was, "if you bought stuff from us, this wouldn't happen." Did not take any accountability for his team at all. I said, "if you offer the service, don't you think it should be done right? Don't offer a service, mess up, and then make excuses." We decided that we would split the bill and they would fix the tire. He then said, "Just don't bring your third party stuff back in here." My thought is, don't offer services that you don't invite. Nobody told me before this is a service they didn't want - they charged me $260 the last time.

I've done business with Les Schaub happily my whole life. Everybody else there over my 4x getting service has been fantastic. I definitely won't be going back to this location after they fix my tire. Every complaint is an opportunity for further loyalty - if you own it and...

I really hate to write this negative review because this location has done me really well in the past. But after today.... so my wife had a wobbly tire (wasn't balanced properly) and she had went in to this location to have it balanced. They tried to tell her it was probably an axle and that they'd have to keep it until Tuesday. She is smart with cars and explained it's not an axle because all four corners of the car has independent suspension and that if anything it was a spindle or a blown shock/strut not an axle, but for them to check the tires balance anyways. They not only declined to even look at the tire but patronized her and she was told to her face she doesn't know what she's talking about. So they turn her away without even looking at the tire. Forcing her to drive off in an UNSAFE vehicle. She calls me and I tell her to call discount tire. 2 hours later she's not only walking out with a BRAND NEW less than a year old set of Bridgestone tires for under $200 but walks away with the SAME EXACT TIRE re-balanced that was the whole issue in the first place!!!! Shame on you les schwab for letting someone drive away like that! Also, the tire that was the issue was a full size spare that we had to use a week back during a road emergency, and now it's perfectly balanced ready to use as a spare again. Les Schwab, please make sure your staff knows what the heck they're talking about and if someone comes in with an unbalanced tire please for the love of God just check the damn tire before patronizing a customer, and forcing her to drive an unsafe vehicle to your competition to get the hook up of a lifetime all because yall wouldn't just balance the...

I was in Bend, Oregon for the weekend from Seattle and it was my first time there. I found day 2 that I had a nail in my tire and another tire was losing air as well. I drove up to the nearest gas station to put air in the tires, which lasted the rest of the day. However, the next morning (Sunday) my tires were completely flat. I was worried if I was going to be able to find a tire shop open on Sunday, which of course there were none. I had planned on leaving Monday. I checked with my hotel if I could potentially stay another night if worse comes to worse, but they didn't have anything. I continued to worry. I made sure to be and at em Monday morning so I could be at Les Schwab upon opening. All the staff was incredibly friendly and kept reassuring me that all would be ok. They said it would be about an hour wait, which I didn't mind. I took that opportunity to walk down town and discover more of beautiful Bend, Oregon. They called me several times to check in on me and confirm the issue. So incredibly thoughtful and great customer service!! They called me one last time about an hour and half after I had dropped the car off to tell me the car was all finished and what they had done to fix it. When I arrived, I was prepared to pay, they handed me my keys and said have a great day. They spent time, energy, and gave awesome customer service for FREE!! I can't thank this staff and company enough. It was such a pleasant gift and hospitality. I left calm, secure, and reassured I would get home safely back to Seattle. Thank you so much. I will spread the word why everyone should choose Les Schwab over other...
