This place needs serious help. I stayed here during peak season, (August 2025) and Hilton is charging $350-$450 for an average room. Digital sign in was done through my Hilton Honors account. (I'm an Honors Gold member.) I received my digital key an was able to use my phone to open doors. I was also able to share my key with other members of my group, but those keys would only work sporadically. Then mine disappeared from my phone. This program is a joke.||The room was updated with nice beds, paint and carpet, but has old, funky showers, sinks and electronic outlets. The hot and cold water were backwards on our sink, hot on the right, cold on the left. How dumb! The USB charging outlets on our night stand did not work.||||Our shower was out of hair conditioner...you know, the large plastic bottles locked to the wall? We pay $400 bucks a night and they think we're stealing their off brand hair products? Classy. I requested another bottle which was delivered while we were out. They just left it on the sink. Couldn't be bothered to replace the empty one. It was still there when we checked out 2 days later, so housekeeping isn't doing that either. ||||Shower curtain was not great at keeping floor dry, no matter how you wrestled with it. $400 a night? Put some glass in there!||||Breakfast staff was an overwhelmed high school kid who spent most of his time arranging paper charge slips while we waited to order. All four of our orders arrived with cold, uncooked egg yolks which isn't just off putting...it's dangerous! Machine coffee was not great.||||Later, we stopped for drinks at the bar and were immediately told that the real bartender didn't show up. The woman filling in was doing her best, but was clearly not happy about her new assignment. We were told she could make rum & cokes, gin & tonics etc...by a clearly over served drunk lady at the bar who then proceeded to hit on my friends and I... gross...$400 a night? Read moreFirst upon arriving and checking in we were told that to park on the lot it was a $10 a night fee. Once in the room the lamp shades were broken the shower pan was cracked the stand the refrigerator and microwave was on was so old and used that where people rest their hands was worn down to white from the wood color it should have had. The pull out couch bed had old dirty sheets and the one blanket in the closet and a dark brown/black thick hair on it. When I went to the front desk to tell him about the damage, I was told that there was renovations being made. Why not give notice or renovation rate instead of top dollar rate expecting something that definitely is not. Once I went back to the room, noticed the pullout couch sheet issue and called to the front desk. I was told that they will look and hopefully find sheets for that bed. luckily she was able to find sheets. However, we did have to provide our own blankets that we just so happen to have in our vehicle. The $10 parking fee was a slap in the face and the $13 per person “ continental breakfast” was just unheard of. We travel quite often and stay at many hotels. Unfortunately, our choice of hotel was not available in this area. Never once have we had to pay for parking or a continental breakfast. I think things definitely need to be reevaluated, especially when it comes to things being renovated and still paying top dollar price without being notified before hand. The purpose for our trip is my brother is getting married and lives just a few miles down the road so we were coming to visit and check out different hotels in the area where all of our family could fly into and stay. Unfortunately this will not be an option. I also forgot to mention that the rooms AC/heater unit was not in working order. It was on some kind of auto where it just turned on and made the temperature of the room as it pleased and we had no control over it. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and hard. The lady at the front desk upon check in was very nice and friendly. None of the issues discussed were related to her! We did also receive a phone call about a personal pillow left behind and we did...
