There are great employees, of which Liberty Bensalem has many. Alas, then there are people like Devvy B. Persons who go so far above and beyond that they define what customer service ought to be, but so often isn’t.
If you have not yet had the pleasure of being helped by Dev at Liberty in Bensalem, WHAT ARE YOU EVEN DOING?!
It definitely doesn’t hurt that her knowledge is absolutely unparalleled. Regardless of whether it’s your first visit, or you’ve been coming here for years, she can answer every question, and you can go straight home to hop on the internet and learn that she was absolutely right. Always. There isn’t any guesswork with Devvy, nor uncertainty. She knows exactly what she’s talking about. And she doesn’t just give you information, she actually makes sure you understand it. Her ability to explain things in a way that is clear, easy to grasp, and incredibly helpful are skillsets I admire and appreciate hugely.
Beyond her expertise, it’s Dev’s personality that makes her truly exceptional. She has the kind of warmth and sincerity that can brighten anyone’s day. Anyone. She is NEVER anything less beside kind, patient, and completely engaged in making sure you have the best experience at Liberty Bensalem humanly possible. It is obvious that she truly, genuinely cares not just about doing her job well, but moreover about people. That kind of authenticity is so rare, that it prompted me to write a dang google review about it. Come on.
Devvy B’s professionalism is next level. No matter how busy the store is, she remains composed, attentive, and completely dedicated to ensuring everybody receives the highest level of service. She treats her work with the care and responsibility of someone who truly loves what they do, and it shows in every interaction I’ve had with her personally, and observed her having with others.
I cannot recommend Devvy B highly enough. If every dispensary had someone like her, shopping for cannabis would be an entirely different experience. Read moreWhile the rewards program is the reason I come here, there are clear issues here. First there are about 3 individuals that work there that are people friendly. The rest are condescending and rude a lot of the time. I have also been given illegal advice like ”you should grow your own plant”. That made me a little uncomfortable. Now. Online ordering. Last time I went marked the 4th time I ordered something online but when I got there, one item wasn’t in my order. I got confirmation that my order was filled then when I got there, the item ordered and confirmed was not in my sale. Bc “they ran out” yet I got confirmation that the ordered was FILLED and drove all the way there. Lying to customers and wasting of their time as well! They didn’t have my item again and said they ran out. (AGAIN AFTER I GOT CONFIRMATION MY ORDER WAS FILLED) Funny how they are dishonest yet “need” to check your phone to see if you have received confirmation. Clearly they aren’t filling orders when they come in. Either that or they are taking online orders for themselves because there is no reason to get a confirmation if when you get there what you ordered isn’t available any longer. Read moreI started going to liberty about 8 months ago and was immediately greeted by a super friendly staff and made to feel right at home. It is very convenient for me due to the location and rewards however, there are some pretty big issues that keep me from going as much as I would like. They rarely have flower and when they do it sells out within a day or two. I originally was thinking this is due to a state regulation or perhaps a contract limiting them, but just about every other dispensary in PA keeps a much larger stock of bud and rarely, if ever, sells out. The rewards points are a great system, but because I mostly would like to use them on flower, I often find that I’m not able to due to the fact that there is rarely ever a “house choice”. Lastly, I feel as though the online ordering needs to be more accurate in terms of pickup time. There has been multiple occurrences where the website told me 25-30 minutes and in reality I was waiting an hour and a half. I’m usually not the type to leave reviews, but I feel as though these small issues are often costing liberty my business.
