If I could give Taranovas a zero rating, that would be the most accurate rating.
I placed a delivery order on 8/20/23 at 7:35 pm. I had given my credit card and, and as always, I instructed the delivery driver to call me when he arrives at the house. I was told the order should arrive in about an hour. The hour came and went, and so I called Taranova's at 8:47 pm (1 hr, 12 mins later ). As soon as the call connected, the girl muttered just three words, "We're closed now." I proceeded to ask her the whereabouts of my order. She quickly replied, "It's out with the driver." At 8:57 pm, I attempted to call again. But this time, no one picked up the phone. Taranovas has caller id and they knew it was me calling. And, so for the next 18 minutes, I repeatedly call both phone numbers and they refused to pick up. Toward those 18 mins, besides blowing me off and not answering my phone calls, they tried to play a Verizon Wireless disconnect message. Then they tried to implement a fax number. All this while they purposely attempted to ignore me, at all costs. And, of course, they just jerked me around. No food, no delivery, no apologies, just ignore me and I'll go away.
Over the years, Taranovas changed hands. It appears there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. It appears they hire these dopey young girls who man the phones and they could care less. Taranovas, you are absolutely, positively BAD NEWS. Maybe you allow your dopey young girls to treat customers like dirt, but for me, it's good-bye and good...
Read moreIt seemed as though everything was going okay so far. I am a Driver for a Food Delivery Service Full Time. I received a request for an order at Taranova's. So I drove there to pick up the order from the restaurant that day. As soon as I got there, I did not see any Taranova employees there at first. I ended up seeing two employees: one was sitting, one was standing. I waved to the employee who was sitting down, and she waved back to me. She seemed cool: but I walked up to the one who was standing. I was like, "Hi: I have an order for: and then I showed her the name on the phone. The employee who was standing said, "The order is not ready yet. You need to step away: you need to stand over there." How rude can someone be towards someone? Did she really believe that I would stay there after that? I did not say anything and started walking towards the front door. As I was leaving, "She tried to yell, "Sir, didn't you have an order you were waiting for?" or something like that. I can not remember if those were her exact words or not. She said something to that effect. I just wanted to leave. I will never accept an order from that restaurant...
Read moreExtremely Horrible service, the small younger female was glad to take my 20% gratuity, but then never paid attention that my food was sitting there in plain view on the counter, I saw it but didn’t know if it was mine. Another friendlier employee (2nd female) asked what I was waiting for, she handed me the cold pizza and sandwiches. While walking out I realized how cold the pizza was, I went back in to take out counter and that original female I tipped just stood there in front of me and ignored me, never making eye contact with me, then got her purse, said goodbye to the other female and left the store, never saying anything to me like “I’m sorry” or “what can I do for you”…nothing!!!! The other (2nd) female took my food, took it to the back, 10 mins later…I was given the same food, just reheated. Nobody in charge ever spoke to me, nothing said except “I’m sorry” from the 2nd girl that handled my issue. Foods good when it’s warm, mine was not, I threw it out due to disgust on how I was treated.
