Berkley Public Library — Attraction in Berkley

We love this library! The children’s playroom is great, it allows the littles to play and have fun without worrying they’re distracting the other patrons. The book selection is awesome for kids and adults. When my daughter found a series she’s loved it wasn’t on their shelves but they ordered it and we received an email the next day that it was delivered!

Completely disappointed in this place. Went to pickup a book there (I'm from a different library) and the guy literally closed and locked the door as I was opening it. I understand I was late getting there but to close and lock a door on someone is... Just wow! Absolutely love this library! During the early onset of CoVid19 they actually had someone from the library call to check on Seniors in the community. They gave me a number to call in case I needed anything. They are pleasant on the phone and usually get whatever book I’m looking for from other libraries and call when it comes in.
