Edit 2: Elwin has done everything an owner can to make up for our poor experience. This is very appreciated. Picked up a fresh batch of scones this morning. Much improved.
Respecting and trying to do right by your clientele speaks a lot for a small business.
I've already emailed. You would think shortly after opening on a Saturday, you would get fresh Scones?! If there is anything time of the week you would expect warm fresh Scones it would be a Saturday right? Scones are disgusting, cold, old, and bland. Paid $15 dollars for 4! The savory was half the size of the others. I seriously can't believe how it is possible to keep selling this product. I can't speak for the other foods, but this is the last time I purchase from them. Edit: the owner has reached out and is going to replace our scones and provide us with some more of their products. I couldn't exit through the parking lot for Elwin & Company because the owner had parked his car blocking access. When I approached him to ask him if he could park his car, he said not my problem. Curious to who and how many voted and when??
Now we feel, pretty expensive "Plain Jane...
