I took it there to fix an issue with a part I know is wrong in my computer & the most he can do was run some software and send me on my way. I called back, he sounded annoyed and told me there wasn't anything else he can do for me.

For years, I've gone to Dave at PC Pro Now for ALL of my computer needs. When I need a computer, I've always gone to him. When I need my computer fixed, I always go to him. Why? For two reasons: 1 - and most importantly - I know I can trust Dave to give me advice, to give me a fair price. Trust is an extremely important commodity. Dave is excellent at what he does. PC PRO NOW in Berlin, NJ is my place to have my computer repairs or service done from now on! Dave is really friendly and patient when he answers all your questions (for those of us who really don't understand the computers).
