Well went on a Saturday night to seea friends band. I ordered something to eat. It was the Mahi Mahi. Tacos I might have smelled that wrong. They looked real good. Well no silver ware was given. Drink napkins on table, no suitable for dinner . So i track down the manager. I asked for silver ware and A bo x. He WAS very nice. Told me any thing I need he will get fof me. I found out all the people I was sitting with didnt get silver ware either or napkins. Now i am thinking, how ridiculous this was. So now I ask that same manager to speak to him about something very important. He replied, sure just a minute , I have to turn the music on . So I waited then he walked riggt passed me ignoring me . I whatched him standing in his i guess favorite spot so he can see every thing. Well I left that manager a note that I asked the cashier to give to him. Not only was that nice manager very rude for ignoring what i nedded to say. Unbeknownst by him I was going to let him know HOW TO BE PREPARED FOR A LARGE CROWD , WITH SERVICE THAT SUITABLE. Well what rhe group of friends i sat with , no one had silverware, or napkins, they told me it took 45 minutes to get thier food, and drinks. It took about a half hour for my order. I had one glass of water with my food , and asked for another. I didnt get it . About a half hour before closing, my glass of water showed up. Not only was this place understaffed , theres NO ORGANIZATION TO THE MAYHEM. MAJOR TRAINING NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH EMPLOYEES , MORE SO WITH THE MANAGER. Very sad too. If only the manager would have took a few minutes to talk to me this review would be different. I suggest if you go there take your own silverware and napkins and your own drink. Nothing like getting food that gets cold because you have to run around looking for utensils and napkins, etc. I pray the manager reads this and WAKES UP TO THE POSSIBILITIES THAT...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen entering the diner it was unwelcoming employees sitting and chatting. They looked at us as we were entering and did not bother to get back into professionalism. They cashier girl with glasses had an attitude the whole time. Where I was seated faced the register and she wouldnāt stop staring. When I approached the cashier she was collecting tips from another employee he walked away. She began to organize the area while looking at me through the mirror. The phone rang and she answered having a full conversation with the person. When she hung up she continued to organize her area and tend to her tips. I interrupted her saying Iād like to pay now she responded with Iām doing one thing I guess she caught herself turned around told me the amount and within an attitude took my card made a whole mess of the counter. Charge me give me the card and said do you want a receipt, this encounter was unnecessary. Not sure why the attitude why the behavior but I would never go there again my waitress, an older blonde lady not sure what her issue was but at the beginning had an attitude to herself eventually, she became professional, but Food we still left the tip but Service shouldāve definitely been much better. That was my first time there and hoped because I was looking for a new diner that my husband and I could enjoy, but unfortunately, that...

Firstly, the service was non existent. The restaurant was empty with only two other patrons. My waitress would purposefully walk the long way around in order to avoid attending to our table. Other than to grab the order, every other time she came I had to call her loudly in order for her to come. Various other times I had to ask her coworkers to send her over.
When she would come over she would try to keep walking away as I spoke with her. Guess she was too busy eating French fries rather than doing her job.
On every plate she brought over something was missing. Which she never brought until I called her over to resolve. Half of my food was missing, as well as my grandsonās. Naturally as you can expect, she never refilled our drinks. So we ate without any beverages.
Even better was that some of my wifeās food was still raw.
I didnāt have any silverware either. So when I asked her for it, she brought it over and laid it in the center of the table, directly on the table. Since it took so long to get anything, I got to observe as another waitress wiped her nose with her hand then proceeded to grab someoneās order ( with the same hand ewww) and serve it to them.
Suffice to say, we wonāt be...
