King of Pizza — Restaurant in Berlin

Very rarely do I ever have to take down a review i posted to change it but today I had, especially for a place we've come to for years.

Today when we got out pie we didn't notice until we pulled the slice that there was a fly baked into the slice my boyfriend grabbed. When we called to notify the store about the situation. the boyish manager, Anthony immediately made up his mind about the situation but wanted us to drive over and bring in the pizza so we could see. When we got there he immediately met us with hostility accused us of lying and said there was no way for him to prove that it was his fly from his store and accused my house of being dirty. He refused to let us speak during his tantrum and said there was no way it was his pizza.

Never seen an adult act so unprofessional in front of me AND OTHER CUSTOMERS clearly this situation happens often since he had his response rehearsed succinctly. Behavior like this makes me wish i recorded it and posted it...

We had a wonderful dining experience with our family! We ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza, fried onion rings, a chef salad with turkey and cheese, and their absolutely delicious chicken soup—all of which were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.

The service was equally exceptional. Becky, our server, was outstanding—her professionalism and attentiveness made our visit truly enjoyable. She handled everything seamlessly, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our meal. It’s refreshing to see such accommodating and communicative staff who genuinely care about their guests.

We can’t wait to return whenever we’re in the area to explore their pasta dishes and the wide variety of pizza options on the menu. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

I like the food here, but the service is sub-par. My last order included a cheese steak. When I went to pick up the order, they told me that they ran out of cheese steaks. They could have told me on the phone that they ran out, or called me back. I asked if I could get a chicken cheese steak instead. Yes, they could do that. So I paid for my order, including the cheese steak and waited. 10 minutes went by... And granted, they were busy... And I asked if it was ready. "They're making it." 5 minutes later... Is it ready? Turns out they weren't making it. Waited another 10 minutes before I finally got it while the rest of my order sat getting old. No apologies, no sorry for the mix up, no we'll give you that sandwich for free. While I do like the food, don't go there if you're looking for good customer service. I'll be looking into other...
