Nashville Custom House by Guitar Center Professional — Attraction in Berry Hill

We went here to purchase a keyboard for our son's Christmas gift. We walked around for 20 minutes without anyone approaching to offer help, maybe it's just my high expectations in Customer Service, but I thought we would get a little more hands on help here than elsewhere. We finally decided on one hanging on the wall, but there were no boxed ones underneath it. Again, nobody to help, we finally found one on a display by the door. While trying to find the stand to go with it, we finally had someone break away from the group of associates all standing around watching a video on someone's phone and ask if we needed some help finding anything. (Mind you, we've been in the store 40 minutes at this point). We asked for a keyboard stand to go with our keyboard, they produced one and also informed us that the keyboard doesn't come with a power source but we could purchase it for an additional $25.00 (because that makes sense, Yamaha). We make our purchase and leave. Fast forward to Christmas morning and we open the keyboard stand and it's missing pieces. It must have been purchased and returned at some point minus all the hardware. 🤦 The keyboard itself is great. The overall experience at this location, not so much. We left feeling very underwhelmed by the whole thing. Next time I'll just order on Amazon and save myself...

Terrible business practices. Ordered a used amp and three weeks later no email or amp. Called the store to ask about it and was told weather conditions and no shipping supplies were available so it had not been shipped. I said that was bad business practices by not getting in touch with me or shipping the purchased item. He hung up on me and canceled my order. I had to call Guitar Center main office and got a different order from another store. Don’t purchase anything from them online unless you want it whenever it’s convenient for them to ship it? Or just cancel the order if you inquire about it 3...

Great for what it's intended to do. This is not a full Guitar Center location. This is a resource for working music/sound professionals and a resource for those of us touring and gigging regularly.
