Bought a Macbook from him not too long ago and it had all the works, which my dad has been raving about. Made sure that everything worked and booted it up to check out everything on the Macbook was working and up to date. I wasn't able to charge because the AC adapter broke. I reached out to the owner on the phone, after our phone conversation, he asked for me to bring it over. After everything said, I walked out there with a laptop plus he was going to replace the adapter. While I was waiting in the shop, there was a brand new used HP Envy Core i5 Touchscreen fully loaded. So I decided to purchase it instead of fixing my 2011 Toshiba's laptop for $150. The owner prices are reasonable and he dont take advantage of you. Went to Joe’s shop to attempt to get my daughters Laptop hinges replaced. Unfortunately the damage was too extensive and the whole Laptop casing would have had to be replaced as well. That was to cost prohibitive so Joe showed up a large variety of Laptop replacement options at a great price. Hence we found one that my daughter thought was very appealing as well as affordable. It’s been 3 weeks since we purchases the replacement Laptop and my daughter completely satisfied and extremely happy with it’s performance.
