NO STARS....MORAVIAN COLLEGE RUINED MY LIFE TOOK AWAY MY FUTUREAND I STILL OWE$35,000 for 2 years of school...which is not being deducted from my social security disability.... I graduated with a 3.65, 2 honors cords and passed and paid for my PA PRAXIS ALL WHILE LIVING ON PUBLIC ASSISTANCE WITH A YOUNG DAUGHTER. A SINGLE MOTHER WITH A CHRONIC ILLNESS, DID EVERYTHING I COULD TO BE A GOOD STUDENT.AND MORAVIAN COLLEGE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION REFUSED TO RECOMMEND ME FOR PA CERTIFICATION....BUT THEY HIRED ME TO TEACH AS A SUBSTITUTE IN THEIR MORAVIAN ACADEMY AT $62.00 a day with no benefits.

REFUSED TO TELL ME WHY. MORAVIAN DEPT OF EDUCATION FAILED ME AND NEVER EVEN DISCUSSED WHY YET GRADUATED CUM LAUDE..3.65......THAT WAS 2003 AND I NEVER WAS ABLE TO OVERCOME THE EMBARRASSMENT AND FAILURE...ALMOST COMMITTED SUICIDE OVER THE BROKEN DREAM OF BEING AN ART TEACHER. MORAVIAN IS A COLLEGE THAT WANTS RICH PEOPLES KIDS AND IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY MONEY THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER WHAT YOU WORKED HARD FOR. DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE SUPPORTIVE. THE DEAN REFUSED TO TALK TO ME AND TOLD ME THAT THE PROFESSORS WERE USED TO "YOUNGER MORE MALLEABLE MINDS" I WAS A GOOD TEACHER AND A GIFTED ARTIST....HELPED TO START A PERFORMING ARTS CHARTER SCHOOL...AND THE JEALOUSY OF THE DEPT CHAIR RUINED MY FUTURE AND MY LIFE. I HAVEN'T REALLY DONE ANYTHING SINCE THE ORDEAL...AND CENTRAL MORAVIAN CHURCH DIDN'T SUPPORT ME IN MY STRUGGLE TO GET THE COLLEGE TO RECOMMEND ME FOR CERTIFICATION. BROKE MY HEART...ALL I WANTED WAS TO BECOME A CERTIFIED ART TEACHER...AND THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME REACH MY GOALS...YET TOOK THE MONEY. NOT...

This is the most money hungry university. You pay astronomical numbers to go here. You’d think they would be a little bit more lenient with it being a private university. But anyway they can flip a quick dollar they don’t care about you. Campus police will continuously write away tickets even when your lots are full and have to park elsewhere.
