Point Cadet — Attraction in Biloxi

So many sketchy homeless addicts down here. Like new Orleans not a place to be at night. And lots of construction going on. The bathrooms are never open and power and the park leave much to be desired along with the splash pad. There is so much potential here. Really wanna see something done with it. Genuinely the most filthy park I have been to. MULTIPLE red flags. Lots of garbage everywhere, foreign objects in splash pad, and orange plastic is the only source of fencing keeping your child safe from parking lots and the Gulf of Mexico on the other side…the equipment has also not been kept up.
