I have waited 3 weeks to write this review to make sure I could do it objectively. We visited Biloxi just before Christmas. We stayed at the nugget, which was fun; but during the casino hopper we ate at the buffet at the Palace. Teresa (F&B manager at the buffet) was extremely nice and personable; as were the other buffet employees. After interacting with them and noting the freshness of the smoke free environment, we decided to stay an extra night and booked a room at the Palace. The front desk clerk was also very nice.
We checked in the next morning and ate at the Sunday Brunch, which was also wonderful. That is where the positive vibes stopped! We went and met some friends that were at another casino and did the casino hopper again, until about 8pm. We went back to the Palace and thought we would try their casino again. We are not "high rollers" and just gamble a little for fun, and like to interact with other players when we are at a table. We were at the poker table at the Palace for about 30 minutes when a woman came and sat right beside me. She was the wife of one of the other players at the table. She seemed extremely intoxicated and was loud and was cussing very loudly. My husband and I didn't mind, we figured that was how she had fun. HOWEVER, within about 15-30 minutes of her sitting next to me, my husband and I were pulled away from the table by security and told we would have to leave and "go to our room" because we were drunk. Please remember, we had been in Biloxi for the previous four days/nights and had gambled at the Rivage, Nugget, Boomtown, and Imperial Palace without any problems. I tried to talk to the Food & Bev mgr on duty (Cindy). She was very hateful and just kept glaring at me telling me we were intoxicated. I asked her to give us some type of test, that I did not feel we were intoxicated. She informed me that she did not have to test us, it was up to her discretion.
I have a few questions: If we were that drunk, wouldn't it make more sense to ask us to go to one of the cafes and drink water? Why did the pit boss not ask us to quiet down, not just have us removed from the table (we were not warned, even once). The next morning, before we left, I did have the opportunity to speak with the Head of Security. She was very nice, as was Sydney (the security guard the night before).
End of story: the Assistant F&B director called me the next day and offered us a free buffet the next time we came to town and told us they would like to have us back. While there are some nice people and we appreciate the gesture of the free buffet, we WILL NOT be back. Like I said in the beginning, we like to have fun and interact with people and this casino does not like people having that kind of fun. So if you are a "serious gambler" that only looks at your cards and the dealer and remains expressionless, the Palace is the...

Casino I’ve never had a bad experience of all the years I’ve been coming here until now. The good out ways the bad so it’s not a dealbreaker and I still give this place 5 stars. But I just experienced rude service from the cocktail server (Cherry). I did express my concerns to the manager and this was handled but I’m just in shock. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m younger and she thinks I’m not going to tip or that we didn’t tip in the beginning with the first drink but we were still on the floor and tip afterwards according to the service. We should not be ignored or treated badly especially if nothing was done to you. We are big tippers and she definitely lost out. We use to work in the serving industry and totally understand how it works and how important tips are which is why we never tip low. But regardless of that this place is awesome and smoke free! Oh and if you want coffee and love Starbucks coffee, check out the cafe the ladies there are great and make coffee better than Starbucks.

Casino The Palace is always great when I come. This one particular bellman is the best. I don’t know his name but will edit when I find out. He mentioned he has been with the company for 16 years, I believe, so that says a lot. Every time I come he is so nice and welcoming. His vibe for helping seems like it’s just naturally in him and not just for work. He is the only bellman I prefer.
PureSpa Every time I come here I’m not able to go to the spa but this time I was able to experience Pure Spa within the casino. The ambiance was warm and calming. Great customer service from start to finish. I had my first facial done by Tiffany (She was cute, welcoming, and had fire hair. She definitely made my first facial experience awesome.) I’ve had body massages before but the beautiful Terri was beyond amazing. She really stretched me out without hurting me and was very knowledgeable about the things I asked. My husband mentioned his lady was great but I have no idea what her name is. (I’m so sorry. I’ll try to edit her name if I can) Again, everything was great and hate I’ve missed out all the times I’ve come...
