I'd like to give an honest review without snarky comments. The park was mediocre at best. The attendant told us AFTER we paid which rides were down. They definitely should have told us before hand and let us decide. Had we been given the option we would have declined. The establishment is much smaller than their website leads on. The area the rides occupy is less than that of a school or church fair. The attendants are all teenagers who are manning multiple rides at once. The good rides were down, and those are the only ones really suitable for adults. My boyfriend and I went to be silly kids on a day date. I had one attendant tell me that I wouldn't fit on one of the rides and an hour later saw an adult my size on the same ride. I was not too tall (there are signs) and there were people there bigger than myself. The park was very clean, that was awesome. Including the bathrooms. The price was $40 per person, which seems high considering all we could do was walk around and stare at kid rides. You have access to the arcade but so does anyone else coming to the hotel @ margaritaville since it's attached. Normal run of the mill arcade: Lights, noise, over stimulation. The pool tables were not at all well kept. Literally not level and the pilling on the felt was gross. We can for a day date and hour away. It is not something that will fill you day, it's an expensive tourist/side attraction...
Read moreOur experience at this Fun Park was definitely short of fun especially after driving all . Upon entering the establishment , we were informed that two rides were down and if there were 3 rides were done we would be offered a discount . We noticed immediately that 3 rides were down ( see pictures attached) and went back to the lobby to inquire about the closed rides and the discount . After speaking with the supervisor Evan ( see picture attached ) he told me that they have a shortage of personnel but that is why 3 or more rides would be closed at certain times . As a paying patron , we paid to have access to all rides except for the ones that were closed . It should have also been disclosed while we were paying to enter the fun park that several more rides would be unable to be accessed due to personnel shortages . We would have not paid to enter the park on 8-1-24 , and the supervisor Evan did not honor the discount for 3 rides being closed . This was a small incident that could have been easily taken care of which I did tell the supervisor , but unfortunately he was unwilling to honor what was stated to us . I will add that the ladies working the admissions were very sweet ( see picture ) . Thank you to the ladies working admissions and shame on you...
Read moreVisited 2 days after it opened and rode the ferris wheel with my daughter. It had drizzled earlier but was clear. As I stepped off the ride my foot slipped on the damp board and when I tried to keep from falling my left foot caught on the rim at the bottom of the door. I was so glad I didn't fall I didn't notice the metal frame had ripped my nail off and I was trailing blood. They tended to me and I went to the ER for further treatment. Needless to say our trip was ruined as it was difficult to walk and I was unable to go to the beach or pool. We'd only been in town a few hours! They gave me no compensation! Didn't even refund our ticket price! I told them they needed a mat at the exit to the ride since the boards were so slippery. Someone could fall and break a hip. They didn't even do that. (I went back to check) Bottom line is be very careful as they don't care about their patrons. Not even a phone call to...
