All I can say, is go! Close to nature, and it is a marvel. Get a map before hand so you’re prepared for all of the gorgeous, overlooks locations, and park names and nearby access points to villages. Be sure to stop at the folk art visitors center near Asheville as it has a display of how the parkway and all of its stupendous engineering feats it...

Un camino magníficamente pintoresco a través de las montañas Smokey. Había neblina en elevaciones más altas a principios de septiembre de 2024. Se detuvo a pie cerca de la entrada de Biltmore Forest. Aunque todavía podía oír los vehículos en la carretera, la vista era como si la carretera no existiera.

A gorgeous ly scenic road through the Smokey Mountains. It was foggy at higher elevations in early September 2024. Stopped for a walk near the entrance from Biltmore Forest. While I could still hear the vehicles on the highway, the view was as if the road...

I absolutely loved getting to drive this road through the mountains. There are good lookout points all along the drive. The sights are really nice.
