Most of the employees you see here are nice and friendly but the one time I had to return something it was different. The older gentleman that helped my son and I get the tv out of our car was very nice but the lady at customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The name of the department she works in says it all customer service even my son asked me what was wrong with her. I told him I don't know but we will continue to be nice maybe she is having a bad day. She was very short in response to my questions and I felt like she wished I would just go away. Maybe they should move her where she doesn't have to deal with customers. Walmart is.... well Walmart. Employees don't know anything, if you can find one to help you with what you need, you buy their merchandise, checkout is yours to perform for the most part and then as I'm getting my 2 year old up and ready to go, bags in hand, I have to be inspected at the door. Geez. I'll pay triple if I have to next door just to stay out of that place but sometimes I just have to go in. On more than one occasion the employees at several different stores were hateful and one was even rude when I realized I forgot my wallet and went right back out to get it.
