Always had a pleasant experience until today. Hate to be a Karen but when you work in customer service sometimes enough is enough! Placed an online order for pick up before work. Door was locked to the lobby. Employee motioned for me to go around thru the drive thru. I understand if it’s only 1 person running the place having drive thru and customers in the store could be a lot, fine. Get around to the window, another customer was waiting to be served. Gets served. Then decided they would chat with the employee. At this point I am now going to be late for work. When I expressed this to him, clearly frustrated all I got was a flippant response. Decided to leave this review instead of continue to wait where my time is not valued. Possibly consider keeping the lobby open for online order pick up only if only 1 person is running the store.
Update: clearly no one knows how to manage this place. Ordered online this morning - YOU GUYS TOOK THE MONEY, NO PROBLEM - show up this morning. There’s no one there lol the place wasn’t open. Glad to know you’ve found a way to make money off your customers without providing a product! All I found was a sign on the windows saying “we will be closed Saturday 4/2 because some of our employees have quit” ??? That was a week ago from today. They have worse turnover than gas stations! Have to assume employees are not treated well/paid fair, otherwise there wouldn’t be so much turn over and they would actually be able to...
Read moreI ordered my smoothie online and walked in the door the minute it was supposed to be ready and... there it was! Just waiting patiently for me. Now, most of the time when this happens the little order details sticker is all soggy and the smoothie is partially melted because it was prepared way too early, but no: this smoothie had clearly been made and set out for me just in time for pick up so that I would have the best smoothie possible. And I did. After a pleasant interaction with the employee on duty I went back to my car and drank the best smoothie I have ever had - no joke. I was on a very strict IBS diet at the time so it was a godsend that, not only were all of my many customizations done perfectly, but also, it was simply the best food I had consumed in weeks. Read moreBefore work on Fridays and sometimes Saturdays, I order the same smoothie either off the app or at drive thru. Usually kids working there are nice, and most of the time my smoothies come out great. A couple times not so good though, so a bit inconsistent.
Last visit they completely screwed up my order and instead of offering to remake it, girl said she'd add the ingredient it was obviously missing (should have been green, but was yellowish). She should have remade it for me, since she wasn't sure why it looked wrong...she said an ingredient was "probably" left out. She should have made me a new smoothie. I handed it back to her and left. I'm a diabetic and wasn't going to risk getting sick over a $14 mystery smoothie. Anyway...done...
