This may be the most disingenuous attraction the city of Birmingham has to offer. Public usage, private ownership. They close at 7, but not just the skate park and pickleball. This includes what appears to be public, unblocked benches and sidewalks. How dare I want to use a bench at 9pm. I didn't even know I was in this park at the time. No signs, no posted hours, nothing to signify I wasn't on public property. Just wanted to sit down after work on my way home.
