I ordered a pick up order and they tried to give me a unrefrigerated 4 hour old sandwich after I repeatedly asked could they make me another nicely trying to give back the other. While she knowingly knew it was 4 hours old. Which is not edible and dangerous to eat and can make someone extremely sick. Originally I ordered a pick up order at 1:30 tried to cancel it many times but no one picked up the phone like they were supposed to. So I came when I got off work at 5:30. She seen the time. I politely explained that I attempted to cancel many times but no one was there and I was at work. (My app glitched and made the order there) and that the sandwich has been out for 4 hours. She said she knows and still kept trying to give me the sandwich I explained it could get me easily sick and that something being out for 2 hours unrefrigerated is dangerous. And that I already paid. She said no when I asked for her to make a new sandwich and also cut me off many times. And said she could heat it up but no. (That wasnât my problem) Then I said it would literally cost you nothing to make it and the she said she isnât going to do it because it would cost the store more money. (Sandwiches are disposed of all the time if necessary) . I also ask for an manager she said he will be gone for a hour so I just left. Smh.    Read moreI had a last minute LARGE (literally 75 people) order. I made the order at 8:30am and was directed to EZ Cater for delivery-DO NOT DO THAT! Fast forward to about 10:15am I received a call from the store employee Melinda, who was handling our order because she had some follow up questions, she was so sweet and personable! Our order was set to arrive at 11am. At 11:10 I called and was told no driver had been assigned to our order by the EZ Cater company but they would assign one immediately and get our order on it's way. At 11:25ish they still were no where in site and I had been put on hold for an extended amount of time only to be told they had no idea what was wrong or happening. So because it was only about a 6 minute drive to the Subway I decided to head over and pick my order up myself. When I arrived Melinda told me that the EZ Cater company had called her and had been as rude to her as they had been to me. This woman worked her butt of to make this order and it looked and tasted awesome!!!! I will for sure go back to the Subway for a lite lunch to feed the masses again but I will not go thru the EZ Cater company to do so. I would have paid 20 dollars for the cup of salad, but you never gave me the opportunity, because you refused to put it in a cup. And you are correct, it was a alot of people in line and we did not hold up the line. My wife and I was there for the Eagles concert. My wife has serious food allergies, so we stood in line for 40 minutes. It came time to order and my wife proceeds to tell about her allergies and shoe would like to have a cold cut salad, no cheese, no dairy at all.
