Honestly, I rarely post a bad review, but it is so infuriating that I wanna prevent others from booking here if they can.
Several people posted this, and I felt they might be overreacting. They weren't. I rented an apartment via Barsala to stay here about a month ago, and upon check-in, they left a fob at an outside locker and a key in another locker by my door. I retrieved the key and returned it to the locker by the door, but I didn't understand that I needed to return the fob to the outside lock right away, so I did it upon check out. It turns out that I needed to return the fob right away, so they charged me $300 usd. They NEVER called nor messaged me during the stay. Instead, they charged me directly. Fyi, during my stay, I also messaged them to ask them to clean the floor as it was super oily. They also didn't reply. What I find annoying is that there was a clear interest in charging me the extra money. I am super responsive, I'm always checking my phone and I would have returned the fob to the lock immediately had they asked. There was no sign that I needed to return the fob IMMEDIATELY (I did return it upon check-out) I had to call them more than 5 times (international calls), and they never seemed to have a good answer.
The main conclusion is that this company wants to charge you the extra money, there is no interest in connecting with the guests, and they won't reply via booking if you have an issue.

Read moreYesterday, my girlfriend and I were initially suppose to move into The Park at Buckingham but one hour before, we received a text saying that we wouldn't be able to move into our apartment because it wasn't ready yet. We got approved for the apartment the first week of December & here it is, almost the third week of January & the apartment was not done. Good thing we hadn't signed the lease yet because my girlfriend & I decided that this was a property that we would probably have more problems with down the line. We cut our loses, got our deposit back, & went back to the drawing board. We stumbled across this property, put in an application, & headed that way. Millanne N was exceptional! Even though it was later in the afternoon, she still took her time walking us through the property & showing us all the perks. Her customer service & professionalism was unmatched! She sold us on the property before we even made it to the unit that we would be living in. She was phenomenal. We move in soon & we are very appreciative for the time & effort Ms. Millanne put in to ensure that we would have an apartment before we left. Thank you...
Read moreI do not live in these apartments. im writing these review solely off of my application process. this is by far the most unprofessional experience ive ever had while applying to live at an apartment. if your credit isnt absolutely spotless, you honestly shouldnt waste your $55. after i submitted my application, i realized i forgot to put one of the apartments i use to live at (which is 100% my fault) and emailed them asap since it was the weekend. never got a response to my email, it wasnt even acknowledged. my application was denied due to 'credit' regardless of my credit score being 624. more in detailed reasons included not having enough credit history even though im only 23. so of course im not going to have years of experience under my belt. and i honestly find it petty considering this apartment only has 15 reviews and had a stabbing take place. when i read it was due to credit, i decided to give them a call. called several times throughout the day and yet nobody ever picked...
