This place is great and accessible, however beware that the box office will 'upgrade' your ticket purchase if they want to close off a level of the venue. We were 'upgraded' to a set of tickets with partial blocked view of the stage from the upper balcony hangover. Upon my request, we were then upgraded again to orchestra but were in the next to rear row, which was much farther away than the tickets I originally booked - so my upgrade was a downgrade! I enjoyed the show but was very unhappy about this, and the box office manager seemed to not...
