I don't think they've been trained properly because I've had so many drinks that needed to be remade. I've thrown away the last two drinks I've gotten because they put so much syrup or sauce in the cups I can't drink all that sugar. They don't pay attention to the orders on the label, so your iced drink comes hot or your refresher comes with lemonade after you asked for no lemonade. I have never written a bad review in my life, but the service at this place is so exceptionally awful that I feel the need to warn others about this establishment. Greetings when you are about to order are nonexistent in this company culture, and some (not all) employees decide to spend their time gossiping when there is work to be done. The only reason this place does well is its convenient location. The coffee and food will be a hit or miss which is why I gave that section 2 stars.
