The Red Cat @ UAB Highlands — Restaurant in Birmingham

I was scheduled for an appointment at UAB Highlands, my appointment was on today which was wrong date Oct 14th, should be on 15th. I accidentally left my purse with money and credit cards at home rushing out door for transportation...which was waiting 30 minutes at my driveway..I jumped up out bed and rushed to car, after being told wrong date, I really wanted a cup of coffee, after I've been a customer here several times, but never again! I thought this company had a heart to serve, boy was I wrong! I asked the heavy set white lady with dark hair and not a friendly face , , "Do you give courtesy cups, ? Her reply was, "what?"..I repeated my question.. her reply..."No we don't sorry" My God, it will cost you nothing to have compass! Not even a small light in her heart! Nothing! Boy I hope she doesn't have children, I feel sorry for them if they're hungry! Never get my money, nor my family's, nor our congregations, nor my friend's business 💯. I have a business too, I will never treat a customer, a living soul like this person working here today did to me....my God.. not...

Wasn’t acknowledged by staff who were standing in front of me having, what appeared to be, personal conversation. I asked to be helped. This was my 1st time trying the establishment. I ordered 3 Frappuccino caramel flavored drinks. It took about 10 to 15 minutes to receive my order, but the staff was so friendly, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I would definitely try this location again, especially since they were helpful during a critical time of waiting for a family member to come out of surgery. I appreciate...
