This park is worth the trip 🔥 #az #fyptoolocal #arizona #arizonaparks #adventureplayground #fyp #fypシ #parks

This place is absolutely amazing. The playground is big. There are a lot of seating options; benches, walls, large rocks that are pretty much flat on top, as well as a turf area that has shade covers over it - all you need is maybe a blanket. The main play area jungle gym is impressive, with 3 levels, so many different things to climb on and like 6 different slides. My kids really enjoy the spinning seats as well. Behind the main play area, there are sand pits that are not all full of trash and gunk. Just past that there is the toddler area. No bikes, scooters, or skateboards are allowed inside the playground area, which is completely fenced off mind you, and there is a park worker who stands at the only entrance/exit (which honestly makes it feel very safe) who will keep an eye on them for you. Just outside the playground area are the restrooms, and the train station. Tickets are very afforable, especially if you are an anthem resident. And can be purchased in the small booth to the right of the station. They also sell juice, soda, candy, and snacks there. However those will cost you, lol. The train runs a great big course through the majority of the park. It goes along the lake, around both playground areas, part the sports complexes, and around the skatepark. It's about a 15 minute ride. You even go through a tunnel over by the skatepark that all the Littles just love to squeal through. The train cars can easily fit 5-6 people each. It's a very nice ride and worth the money. All around the entire park is very clean and well kept and absolutely beautiful. We love this park. We live about 40 minutes away but we make the trip quite often honestly.

This park is convenient to access from I17 and has a little bit of something for everyone, very family friendly. Gets fairly busy on holiday weekends or when the farmers market is active. I’ve seen park rangers and police walking around often so it feels like a fairly safe/secure place, if that is a concern. Splash pad and ample shade make it accessible in the summer, though some of the businesses nearby close or have odd hours (e.g. Subway was closed on a Sunday holiday).

This is by far one of the best play areas I've seen. The equipment is so colorful and clean, and best yet- it's not cramped together. The slides are spread apart, and even climbing up to the slides - there's ample space to get up the ladders and even adults can fit. The ladders all have grippy material on them. The tall slides were super fun, and very easy to get up to. All the equipment was safe, and the flooring of the play area is so soft and cushy to walk on. Nearby, there are benches to rest on, as well as...
