Taco Bell — Restaurant in Black Canyon City

Terrible staff. Manager must've off duty. Door supposed to close 9pm I arrived late, sure, but 8:54pm, knocking on door I see side glances laughing pretending to ignore me. Terrible. I insister when they didn't have a chance that I was just walking away young girl comes to door and just starts repeating "we're closed" like I'm a moron. Idiot. It was still 8:5pm at this point and I insist they closed door too early didn't want to go through drive through. She repeated, like an answer machine "were closed, go to the drove through. I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. I feel as though Taco Bell discriminates toward teens and younger customers. I sent my teen inside to order me just two tacos while I waited in the car, and it took 20 minutes for him to come back out. That’s unacceptable for such a simple order—especially when I watched multiple cars go through the drive-thru much faster in that same time.

I understand they deal with a lot of teenagers, but that’s no excuse to treat them as if their time doesn’t matter. To make matters worse, they don’t even offer you your drink while you’re stuck waiting.

I know it’s fast food, but come on—basic respect and efficiency should...

We've had a few issues with this location in terms of messing up our orders, ie: asking for no lettuce and tomatoes and them still putting them on and forgetting items. They also seem to want always give you large quantities of sauce packets. I don't want 12 sauce packets for 3 items of food. Such a huge waste of product. Tonight was on a different level. I received more sauce packets than I did chips for my nachos, they forgot my order of cinnamon twists and the cashier decided that I didn't need my receipt or my change. It was less than $1 in change but the principal is the same. Definitely would not recommend this location unless...
