I would not wish the experience I had on any individual. I was supposed to be serviced by technician, Rudy Y. My first visit from this technician was 9/23. When he came, the very first assessment that he made was the my washer would need to be rebuilt. Instead of rebuilding it, he put an actuator on the washer to fix the immediate problem. The washer began to act worse than it did before he came. We waited about 2 weeks to see if the washer would act any better. It didn't. We called our warranty provider back and they sent the same person back out to make an assessment. They sent Rudy back out 10/24. Upon his second assessment, ordered parts to be delivered and he determined that the rebuild will take place and rescheduled an appointment for 11/2. When he arrived 11/2, we were made aware that all parts had not arrived although he said that he shows it was and most likely had been stolen. Due to being at work, my wife facilitated the transaction and from what I understand, he began to be a little rude not understand that we've been waiting since September to have this done. He supposedly ordered the parts, and rescheduled the appointment without notifying us verbally (I found out through email). By the following Monday, 11/6, when I noticed that the parts had still not arrived, I called my warranty provider to contact the servicer to confirm what I should do. They said that if we had not received the package, then, it will most likely arrive with the technician. Today, the appointment was from 8-5 (which we were told we would be first due to the type of job it was and that he was close to our location). We didn't get a call until 1:28pm. When he called I had him speak with my wife. He basically acted as if ordering the part was on us when he claimed to be the one that would order for us. He was rude, over-talking, blame shifting, did not take ownership, and began to raise his voice forgetting we are the customer and the ones being inconvenienced. Unfortunately, we have yet to have out washer fixed and have not been able to use it properly in two months. When I called his manager, he would not answer. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone unless you like...
Read moreSears sent out a technician named Mohammed the 1st Dayi. I told him to give me 5min. He immediately walked to his truck and drove off without saying anything. He never came back. I kept calling his number and left messages but he never responded. So the next day I called Choice back and told them what happened. Choice said they would put the order back in and tell Sears to send a different tech but it would take another 24hrs for me to get a different tech. I said ok. I called sears and the automated machine said my tech would arrive between 221 and 351 today. So I Waited All day again and No one showed up. So I called Choice again. The man told me I missed my appointment. I said what appointment no one never showed. He said a tech named Muhammad said he came at 11 today. I told him he was a liar Mohammed or no other tech showed up at my home and also You said they were going to send someone different anyway why would they send that liar back out so he rescheduled again. Now I’m looking through my emails and see it saying that I had service done on my air condition. No one has been to my house. No service has been done on my air condition. This is the worst service I have ever experienced! I don’t know what’s going on, but I’m paying every month so I want them to take care of this problem and right now they get a big fat zero bad bad poor service!! 0 0 0 0 0 Also I Never received a...
Read moreIf I could have given him "-100" I WOULD. This guy should be dealt with! His actions are unacceptable.
HERE is what I sent my warranty co: This technician is a fraud! I will not accept this message because it was the tech that told my husband that we did not have to pay the service fee because CHW sent the wrong tech for the job. This claim required an electrician not an appliance tech. He walked in our home, went into the kitchen plugged up the microwave then agreed with my husband that we needed an electrician. He then got on the phone with CHW to let them know they put the claim in wrong and that we needed a corrected claim. He then went outside to his truck and wrote up a bunch of lies saying we "refused to pay the service fee"????? How dare he. I fully intend to file a claim with the corporate office and the BBB. This is unethical and fraudulent. He told a blatant lie and he should be reprimanded for it. My husband, myself and our grown son who was washing our car at the time, alI heard him tell my husband he did not owe HIM the service fee because we needed an electrician. I don't have a problem paying what I owe....IF I INDEED OWE! But this guy told my husband that he will have to pay the other tech whenever a new claim was filed. If this is not resolved I will take my business elsewhere after I file all necessary complaints regarding the handling...
