I sent blueprints to get scanned and emailed to me on Friday. I was told Sunday they would be ready. I called @ 4:30 Sunday to see if they were aware of my order, bc I hadnât received them yet. I talked to Sarah. She informed me that she was working on them as we speak. I received the email 15 minutes before they closed and called to inform her that they werenât sent properly. They were bunched together instead of being placed in separate pdfâs and sent. So today I went to pick up hard copy blueprints and informed Sarah of the situation and asked when can she resend. She said she had other customers ahead of me and maybe by 4. I informed her that this wouldnât work bc my contractors close at 4? So I informed the manager, who asked why they werenât on flash drive then sent. Sarah stated there was no need and proceeded to give more excuses. Eventually the excuses started to mount up in why she couldnât do it, but none on why she could. I asked for a refund when she lied and said, âeach page takes 25 minutes to scan & uploadâ.So based on her explanation it would have taken 250 minutes to upload and resend the documents to me. The manager didnât say a word, didnât ask her any questions. Surely that was a âcrockâ. Customer service at its best. I am a developer in the area and will be sure to let ALL my colleagues know to stay clear of this store. Hopefully you will reach out to me with a follow up on this situation, unless Sarah has the last word on your operation procedures.    Read moreIn July, I visited the OfficeMax store in Boardman to purchase a printer and used my bank card to purchase it. When the charge didn't seem to appear, the manager used my card to try again.
A few days later my bank statement listed two charges from Office Max for the same item, same price, only a few days apart.
I returned to the store and spoke with the manager showing him my receipt. He took the receipt, told me he'd have to talk to the sales department, and that he would call me back. I'm still waiting.
Today, I spent close to two hours trying to reach a real person. The telephone number only provides a list of numbers to press, but none will connect to an actual real live human being.
Tried the "Help" site. After waiting abut a half hour for my "chat" to come up, and another 15-20 minutes to communicate my problems. I was finally told that my concern would be elevated and that I would receive a call from someone who could resolve the issue. I'm still waiting for that, too.
And the printer will not connect to my wifi. So now I'm out about $350 a(the double charge) and have a nonfunctional device.
I tried to file a Better Business Bureau complaint but that organization doesn't even have the Boardman store in its files.
When I'm not exhausted from all the run-around, my next option will probably have to be Small...

I brought 10$ worth of tshirt transfer paper in today.. 8$ of that was wasted. Because they arent trained how to do their job and work a computer program. Ontop of that I paid 8$ in inked photos, And 8$ wasted in paper I brought in. I'm unhappy with my experience. It took an hour for us to figure it out, which it should have been simple. You guys print banners, posters and etc. Yet to print a simple image on transfer paper was so complicated because the employees aren't trained. So it baffles me that you guys somehow print banners and posters. I didn't take my receipt, because I was upset in the moment. I hadn't spoke to a manager, I didn't even know what to say.
