Hot Head Burritos — Restaurant in Ohio

I have not had this food in over 5 years.

If it hadn't been for a coupon, I probably would not have returned. I confirmed 5 years later why I stopped consuming their product: little to no flavor BESIDES hot sauce(s), pineapple and black beans and even those were weak.

I speak only for myself, this is still the most flavorless burrito bowl I have ever had in my life. No distinct flavors, none, particularly given how colorful the bowl was with my personal choices for toppings.

Service was good with a young gentleman that explained the process to me why still exuding patience. Very rare for anyone under 35 these days. The receipt says Kaylee but I doubt that's his name, lol. It wasn't the guy with the dreads and no hairnet behind the counter before I ordered, if that helps. I'd of walked out had I had seen him at the counter. Another turn off, but the way.

I wish you all here in NE Ohio could have tried a place in SoCal called Rubio's! San Diego.

I went, spent money to throw the food away I went and bought a bowl that I always get I always ask the same bowl and this time taste sour like if they put lemon in the entire food ,I ask if the lady put lemon because she ask me if I want lemon I told her not I can’t have lemon because my stomach she said she didn’t put but my food taste sour like if they put lemon on the entire plate one of the manager said they put lemon on the rice the food never taste this nasty sour food on the entire food . I talk to the manager and instead of remaking my order without rice she said I can only do another plate and give you 10% wasting more money that I don’t need to spend. The bowl was full and the food ended up in the trash even my son couldn’t eat it. I will never buy from this place.Don’t waist your money in this...

Well, the food is great. But the whole covid-19 mask thing is kind of pointless when every employee in sight wears their mask below their nose, thus entirely voiding the benefits of wearing said mask. One employee allowed their mask to droop so low that their mouth was visible. I understand that they are uncomfortable and annoying and we all wish they weren’t necessary right now. Truly, I feel for workers everywhere that have to where the stinking things every moment on the clock. But it is possible to wear them correctly (over both the mouth and nose) and still make it through the day, and many people are doing so across the country successfully.
