Mattress Firm Boardman — Hotel in Boardman

Moved from out of state recently and have been on an air mattress for a while. Decided it was time to finally get a bed again and so I started to shop around. Looked at Walmart, a furniture outlet nearby, nectar, purple and a few others but finally decided to stop in to mattress firm and see what I can do. I met with Mike who was very professional and pleasant to work with. Definitely not a pushy sales guy just trying to make a quick dollar. He showed me a lot of great options and I was hesitant on price at first but I decided to just run the credit check and get down to real business as far as what im approved for. Once I was approved we talked about some more mattresses and I fell in love with one of the brands I already researched which they carry in store, Purple. By far one of the most comfortable beds I have ever been on.I was surprised to see that the pricing they have is the exact same as online through Purples website which was nice. I explained my home setup and where my bed would be Mike showed me the different bases and what they can do and I decided to add a basic adjustable platform base as being able to sit up on my bed is a huge plus for me for watching movies on my projector. I think one of the best perks is that they offer 0% interest financing and no penalties for paying off early.

All in all excellent service and im definitely a satisfied customer and I have not even got my bed yet. But im definitely excited for it.

I WISH a zero rating was an option. DO NOT buy from firm mattress. I had thee most terrible experience. I purchased a mattress, they even called their warehouse to confirm it was in stock & their warehouse checked and said it was in stock. I paid for the mattress. They called several times to confirm and I received text message and calls confirming a delivery time…30 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered, I received a phone call stating it wasn’t in stock. Mind you I ordered my bed frame, headboard, comforter set and furniture all around the fact that I was getting my mattress the following Wednesday. I now have spent several thousands of dollars and now I don’t have a mattress to sleep on. They only offered a refund and not to give a different mattress at the same price. This company has a screw lose when it comes to service recovery. So unprofessional and they do NOT care about...

In the market for a new bed, my wife and I tried out the new Mattress Firm in Boardman. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted at the door by a man named G.W. (Who we could not recommend more. He works in both the Niles, OH and the Boardman, OH Store. Make sure you ask for him). My wife and I are not the kind of people who make impulse purchases. Over the next few weeks we stopped in about a dozen more times to retry the beds we were most interested. Even though we knew we had 120 Days to exchange if it wasn't the bed for us, we still dragged our feet. A normal salesmen could have easily interpreted our actions as "people who are not serious buyers", but G.W. Never did.
