I've grown up going to the Quaker Steak in Sharon. My daughter and I were out for a shopping date and decided to treat ourselves to dinner in November. I'd say we arrived a little after 6pm, maybe 6:15pm. We waited longer than we should have to even get acknowledged & have our beverage order taken. We ordered our food at 6:24pm, and at 7:05pm were still waiting for our food to arrive at our table. 7:10pm our food finally arrives at our table. My daughters steak dinner was okay. I got the boneless chicken tenders that I've always loved and are my go to. Sadly, they were disgusting and rubbery. I attempted to eat one of the tenders, and the rest were still sitting on my plate when the waitress took our dirty dishes and didn't even ask why the main course of the meal was barely touched. And just to say: they were NOT BUSY! In fact, there were maybe 15 people at tables. I took photos of all the empty tables because it was mind blowing to me how slow/lack luster the service was for the amount of paying customers that were actually there at this time. Our bill was probably $50.00 once you added beverages & tax. I don't think we will be returning to this one.

Underwhelming, but not entirely awful. The side salad was impressive, but our Lube Chips appetizer came after our entrees and was cold by the time we got around to picking at it. Staff acted like that was normal and didn't offer to take it off our check, even though we didn't really eat any of it. Steak was over cooked and tasted burnt, but the wings were really pretty good and the Mac N Cheese was decent. Water tastes funny, but that's probably more of a local thing than anything to do with the restaurant. I wouldn't actively recommend eating here, but I'd probably try it again.

Love me some wings! Was in from out of town, and I make the Lube a must stop. Great variety of sauces to choose from. I was used to the all you can eat era from my high school days, but good things can't last forever. So in the meantime they do have specials on Tuesdays to bring down the price somewhat. Do wish they had more of a variety as far as take home bottles of sauces, because the only way I get my fix out here in Utah is fry my own wings and add that sauce I love! Apparently they have other food, like burgers and sandwiches as well, but I've only stuck to the wings.

WHY, WHY do people like this place??? I just don't get it. Our second trip, only because of a giftcard and the LAST, trust me! Besides seeing employees gathered at he hostess stand, standing around on their phones and gossiping while SEVERAL tables needed attention and bussing and stayed dirty for 15-20 minutes after arriving, it's seems getting utensils to dine with or even a spoon to stir your iced tea is something you have to personally request, not automatically receive after being seated and ordering. Our server was friendly and personable yet she seemed to be the only one working and not on her game. WOW. The menu items, described as tasty and appealing on the menu, arrived looking weak, tired and extremely generic. I ordered the Kentucky Burbon Q burger w/bleu cheese with seasoned vegetables, that's described as (taken from the menu): "Our popular hand-smashed burger topped with Kentucky Bourbon-glazed onions, crisp bacon, fresh jalapeño and your choice of Swiss, Pepper-Jack or Bleu cheese on a buttery brioche bun single or double patty" and sounded mouthwatering YET what I received was bland, VERY common looking and having NO distinct flavor at all! You tell me? Look at the pic. Does the "menu described" burger look like the pic I took? I'll answer! NO! And as for "seasoned veggies", string beans covered in lawrys seasoned salt with a couple pieces of red pepper does NOT constitute seasoned veggies in my book. Those are heavily salted string beans! Should I even bother with mentioning the dirty slices of lemon for the tea? Never again! This is shameful and sad. I'll get granny, with her one good eye and a doctor advised bland diet to cook for me! At least I'll know what I'm getting and won't be shocked buy the low quality, lack of flavor and visual lack of appeal. She only have one good eye and I don't have to pay. THAT'S, at least, a justifiable excuse for what you get! ...

Took my family out to dinner and saw there was barely anyone at Quaker so we decided to go there to avoid a long wait. The bartender had to come up to seat us and told us there were only two servers so they were trying to seat people close together. We were one of three tables in the entire restaurant. There were two of us plus a baby, another couple next to us, and then a woman sitting alone. Our waitress took a while to greet us and took 20 minutes to get our drinks and about an hour to get our food. We had waited so long our baby got fussy and we didn’t get to eat we had to leave which was disappointing because the food was actually pretty good they just took forever to get it to us. The bartender sat with customers at the bar talking not helping, there were people that looked like they worked in the kitchen sitting on their phones outside of it, and another man (possibly the manager not really sure) just walking around and talking to the bartender or disappearing. Our waitress spoke to us more in the 30 seconds it took her to get us our check then the hour we sat waiting for food to arrive. Really...
