Hi I will never spend any money at a place that treats me based on “cover impression” My husband and I popped up in the store not dressed to impress. We were threaded with hostility and indifference when inquiring about ONshoes. Mind you we both own few pairs, but did not have them on when visiting. The sales guy in the floor looked us up and down and dismissed any question in a manner of - you are too regular to afford these shoes. He was no inclined to answer question or show us the shoes in the size we needed. Basically telling me that if he doesn’t have them he can order them but not making any effort to see if they have them. I, as well as the public in large can go and order the shoes online, at whim. A good customer service would have been to recognize we were ready and willing customers, but I guess we did not look the part, and so we got brushed to the curb. So, I went home and spend $700 on shoes directly with ONrun. Save yourself the aggravation to shop places where the business run as pretentious wanna be.
