Stop here and just Go!! I seriously mean it. Dont waste time anywhere else. There are no words to explain this Jewelry store against ANY other in Florida. As an owner of a company, I look for certain particular things if I am buying but learned I dont need to look any further and rather continue to come back and buy these things so Jewels in Time must be meeting my needs and make me happy. I use to make myself crazy shopping for price, but they give their best price from the beginning conversation so that no longer wastes my time. In fact let me just stop and say this. Whether it's Diamonds, Engagement rings, Watches and ESPECIALLY Rolex Watches, Necklace’s, etc.; there are no high end Jewelry stores who conduct business like they do at a level all clents want and look for not to mention always carry 100s of Rolex's alone when all the other stores have 0 to 10 at most in addition to all the other high end watches they have. This is why all the big name/famous people buy from them not to mention all the sports stars who I see in there all the time. They service and cater to you as if you are their biggest client but maybe really their smallest, but to my point you get concierge service no matter what. Everyone is someone to them and conduct business way above the others, and just so trustworthy and whatever David tells me, I learned just take his word and listen because what he tells clients is what they need to hear not what he wants us to hear for sales. They run their business with such professionalism making the client feel so important and so much integrity like not many business i see as I do have trust issues with companies ESPECIALLY Jeweler's here in South Florida because I personally have seen the dirtiest Jewelers too many times take advatage, but here I dont question, because not once in years or better yet ever has David told me what I wanted to hear, but rather what i need to hear. Go see David and his staff and I assure you will see identical to what I am telling.

I recently attempted to purchase a specific gold watch I found on Chrono24 website, seller Jewels in Time, Boca Raton, FL. I submitted an offer for the watch, hoping to finalize the purchase. After waiting two full days with absolutely no response or acknowledgement ( website mentioned 9 hours for the respond ), I grew frustrated and assumed they weren't interested or weren't actively managing their online offers. Because I still wanted the watch, I ended up finding and purchasing the exact same watch from the same seller Jewels in Time, Boca Raton on eBay, unfortunately paying over $7,000, which was more than I had initially hoped. I also sent a msg to Jewels in Time offering payment for expedite process and shipping due to my trip to Europe on 04.26.25. Imagine my surprise when, a day and a half after I bought the watch i received a response from Jewels in Time. They informed me that, unfortunately, the watch I had paid had been sold directly in their physical store. They stated they would return my money. That was 5 days ago. As of today, the promised refund has not appeared in my account. So, thanks to Jewels in Time I am currently out the money they were supposed to refund, I obviously don't have the watch from them, and I had to spend more money buying it elsewhere due to their lack of communication. To add insult to injury, I noticed that the very same watch is still listed as available for sale on Chrono24 under their dealership (where they also failed to respond to my offer). This makes me seriously question their inventory management and business practices. Is the watch actually sold or not? This entire process has been incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. The lack of timely communication, the failure to process a refund promptly after admitting they sold the item, and the potentially misleading listings are unacceptable. I cannot recommend doing business with Jewels in Time, Boca Raton....

I have been looking to purchase, a Rolex Watch for my husband for is 60th Birthday, which was two years ago, this June. We saw this Watch in 2016 and My husband said, that is the most magnificent watch I ever saw. I agreed with him and said I get it for you on your 60th birthday. I asked him if he has this Rolex Watch. He said he did, I was shocked and said let's make it happen. Alex was so professional, warm, respectful, just wonderful. Explained everything in detail, follow up emails, phone calls to make sure I received all the detailed information. I never had that experience, it was so refreshing, to have Alex handle everything. Even when I went there, so professional, to finalize everything. Alex accommodating everything, with 20 plus across the board, full of stars. My Husband was the happiest man that I purchases this special Platinum Daytona with the icy blue face and the brown dials. This special magnificent Rolex Watch is gorgeous. It was so worth the wait. I highly recommend Jewels in Time, first class store, A business that I connected with ALEX, and will purchase my next Rolex with ALEX!!!!!!! My husband loves the watch and is enjoying it so much.
