Not to mention he bought some older computer hardware I had laying around, fixed her GPU fan, and continued to help diagnosis software problems I was having at home even after the job was finished! Thank you very much Erik! Would DEFINITELY recommend if you need ANY tech help, from repairs to installs to computer builds, Scratch Media does it all! Was very happy with the results and was shockingly affordable! Will be back in the future if I run into any more computer issues, and at least I won’t have to stress about how I’m getting it fixed anymore!

Definitely the best computer shop around. I had them do a full custom PC build and setup for me and they did it flawlessly. Eric even helped me source some hard to find parts for a good deal and built everything meticulously exactly how I wanted it. My PC has been running perfectly for months.
